Honestly, you could eat here day and think yourself a queen or a king. The atmosphere is big, open, friendly and chill. But let me get into the meals.

Corn beef hash, where I always start, may have been the best ever. I had to ask our phenom server if the owner was cooking, because someone really cared about the food. They rye toast and potatoes make my meal perfect.

My mates had the Benedict. Why? Because our server said - “May be the best Benedict I’ve ever found.” Well, both parties, older than 50 and well-traveled said, “I think she’s right.”

Lastly, the quiche, home run.

Dang, the coffee black was even good.

I love First and Union Kitchen and you will too. I’m going back and having everything on the menu. This place is remarkable.

Its a cute restuarant and definitely a super popular spot for brunch in Snohomish. It was about a 30 minute wait for a table for 2. There are near by boutiques and shops to keep you busy while you wait. The menu was robust but the food itself was not as seasoned as it could be. The food was a bit bland. The staff here are super kind and efficient.

We had a very nice brunch at First & Union Kitchen Restaurant.

We had the quiche selection of the day which was broccoli and asparagus. It was good but it wasn’t my favorite combination for quiche. We did ask our server for the day’s selection and it did sound good but those flavors didn’t work for me. You may not those flavor profiles. Be sure to ask for the ingredients before ordering the quiche.

We also had Challah French Toast. It was served with an orange compound butter and syrup which was a great combination. The homemade lemonade was very refreshing!

The restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere inside and there were nice seating areas outside as well. Everything look well organized and clean. The server was very nice and attentive.

We went for Sunday brunch and had a short 10-15 minute wait. Everything we ordered was excellent, but the highlight was definitely the French toast—highly recommended. The only downside was that they don’t serve espresso coffee, so we headed to Snohomish Bakery next door for coffee afterward.

Cool place although the fact that why charge you almost $4 to split a meal just baffles me. Even with the charge and telling them we were sharing they didn’t even split anything just gave us an extra plate. Feels like they are punishing you for not being able to eat a big plate of food in one sitting.

Went here for a family breakfast. Everything is scratch made. The kids had the pancakes and we sampled them, best pancakes we've ever had. The breakfast burritos were the size of a small infant and absolutely amazing. My wife had the biscuit and gravy, and it was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back often. Btw, the Mix Drinks are ridiculously good too.

Service was very friendly and responsive. Food was great and just how ordered. Tried the chipotle cheeseburger substituted swiss for cheddar. will have to try breakfast options sometime. Seating can be inside or outside covered patio. Would recommend.
