We used First Class Catering Services for our son’s wedding in Indio, CA and I can’t say enough good things about them!! Cameron was amazing to work with and helped with every detail! We were from out of state and did a destination wedding and relied on them for so many things! Not to mention, the food quality and quantity was phenomenal!! We had passed appetizers, plated meal, desserts, and bar service all through First Class Catering and the staff took care of us beautifully! Loved the food, loved the service and highly recommend!!!

I could not have asked for a better company to work with ❣️. Michael knows all about Palm Springs (weather, locals, partners. Etc.) and was such a great collaborator. Very happy with their quick responses when we needed any updates to the contract (worked really well with our wedding coordinator!).
We had so many compliments from our guests about how great the food was (we did American style buffet). Everyone was happy and impressed with how amazing the staff and bartenders were.
Our wedding was at a family property and First Class was so great about coming out and waking the property to make sure they're were all set for our big day!
Extremely professional and personal. Any last minute requests were handled with ease. Mariah and Priscilla were unbelievably accommodating and helped out greatly to set the venue. Could not be happier with all their efforts.

This was the best decision we could have made for our wedding! The food was delicious-- perfectly seasoned, mouthwatering and beautifully presented. We chose the American cuisine and we had options for our vegetarian & vegan friends. The service was impeccable, professional and friendly. From the beginning, 10 months prior to the rehearsal dinner, First Class Catering was immediately responsive and extremely helpful with the menu and all the details. I hired First Class to prepare a sit down dinner for 15 guests for my husband's 40th birthday. The entire experience from booking the event to the actual event went seamlessly. Cameron, the manager who helped me put together the menu and pricing options for the event was professional, curteous, and very responsive. On the night of the dinner, two servers and Chef Victor arrived. They were so kind and professional and ORGANIZED. The team knew exactly what needed to be done and the entire evening went off without a hitch! We started the evening with passed goat cheese crostinis, that were an absolute hit. Then we were served a classic ceaser salad with the most delicious parmesan crisp and finally for our main we had the braised short rib with jalepeno and bacon mac and cheese, carrots, and mashed potatoes. Everyone agreed that the short ribs may have been the best we've actually ever had. It was perfectly cooked and fork tender. Lastly we had a vanilla birthday cake with cream filling and chocolate glaze. It was light and fluffy and delicious and exactly my husband's favorite type of cake. The guests were all amazed and so satisfied by the end of the meal. Plus, the crew bussed our tables and left the kitchen in immaculate shape. I highly recommend First Class for your private event needs!

We used FCCS for my sons rehearsal dinner. Everything was AMAZING!! From the first contact to the cleanup, I highly recommend this caterer.
Very easy and clear communication right from the start.
Then came the delish food! The shrimp wrapped bacon apps were a hit! All the food was so good.

First Class Catering hosted our Halloween Party this year and they did an AMAZING job! I didn't have to worry about a thing. They had 3 servers to take care of our guests. A bartender that made awesome drinks. I cannot say enough good things. At the end of the night they had cleaned up and all I had to do was go to bed lol
