Bad Experience Overall

I had a VERY disappointing experience with this establishment. I placed my order hours in advance for a scheduled pickup time. I arrived a bit early, which was fine, and decided to purchase some chips while I waited. Unfortunately, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, as the staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than assisting customers.

The real issue, however, was with my food order. My pickup time was scheduled for 6:00–6:10 PM. I arrived around 5:55 PM, yet my food wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM—well past the scheduled time. Food places are expected to have orders ready on time, or even a bit early.

What made this worse was the lack of communication or accountability from the staff. I didn’t receive a sincere apology for the delay. To add to the frustration, they almost gave my order to the wrong person, despite me waiting there and clearly stating that I was waiting for my food. The staff wasn’t paying attention to their customers.

This experience was absolutely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve both the timeliness of their service and the attentiveness of their staff because they have lost a customer.

I ordered three sandwiches for pickup. One sandwich was a French Dip, they forgot the Au jus. Another Sandwich was missing yellow mustard, chopped pickles, and banana peppers. This same sandwich asked for extra spear pickles, but instead received no spear pickles at all. The other two sandwiches received their spear pickles. The bread on all three sandwiches did not seem fresh. The pickup staff was indifferent to the customers waiting in line to get their orders. I'm not sure I can continue to order from this firehouse sub location when there is a Jersey Mikes right down the street that cares about their customers.

Ordered for the very first time via Doordash, absolutely knocked it out of the park in terms of food. The NY steamer was the freaking bomb. Added sautéed onions and peppers, definitely a do-over said the pickyAF hubs. Listen, that's extremely high praise, especially considering it was re-heated when I got home from work. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Can't wait to try it hot outta the oven at the shop!

If you want the best roasted sammich of your life, this is the place to go. My personal favorite is the Italian, but they have loads of combinations to choose from. Cozy little spot to eat in at or order and go!

The food is great. My sandwich was fresh and flavorful. Staff was friendly & efficient.

I don't know what to say. After we ordered and sat down we noticed nobody had any food. The couple behind us said they had been waiting for 45 minutes. For sandwiches? About 15 minutes later they got their food. A trooper left because he could not spend that amount of time waiting for food. I thought Wendy's was slow but Firehouse has moved into first place. I wish I had went to Dukes sweets and treats. I got a meal there in less than 10 minutes. We got our food in about 55 minutes. Nothing special. Then the lady beside us gets up and tells the worker she had ordered online about 20 minutes before we got there. She didn't get her food next either. She was refunded her money and told she could still get her food. She was still waiting when we left. To the owners, please hire someone who is responsible because the wait was out of line for a sub shop.

I really liked the pastrami sandwich they have. I'm not a huge fan of subs that are traditionally served cold being served heated but a hot pastrami is always good if made right and Firehouse makes a good pastrami. For my own taste though I don't really care for anything else here but I would say try it for yourself. They do have good ingredients.

It's very expensive but the food is great and the first guy was very nice but two problems happen every time I go here.
Instead of just giving it to you like every other Firehouse Subs, they always ask if you want your pickle and then forget to give you every single time.
They also won't give you napkins in the drive-through and run away before you can ask. You have to wait more than 5 minutes for the girl to walk past the window a few times and then finally come up and be super rude to you because you asked for napkins.
