Most delicious sandwiches! The turkey one could very well be for Thanksgiving and I'd be happy as a clam! Wow 👌 The smokehouse also uh-mazing! The meatball one just ok. Super friendly service even though they were slammed at dinner time on Veteran's Day. What a super generous organization to not only give Veterans a free meal, but to say it is their privilege to serve them!

The parking is always full and can be a pain with all the traffic around. The Vancouver Mall area, but is so worth it.

I forgot how delicious this place is. Highly recommend Firehouse Subs! They're a great business serving up both delicious food and doing amazing things for our community. Can't beat that.

Ordered online for pickup. Specifically clicked NO pickles. Order tag says, NO pickles right on bag. Both subs had pickles, and they were right on top of the subs! Not even hidden under the paper like usual. And is this a BOWL of soup? I wonder how tiny a cup is?

So we had ordered 2 sandwiches a drink and chips, online for pick up at 5:45. We arrived a few minutes early and our order. Jacob informed us that our food was not ready and there was 7 tickets in front of us. There was no sorry or an apology for the wait. It took 15+ minutes till our order was ready. I am now wondering why order ahead of time if I still had to wait for my order. According to the receipt on the bag my order will promise is 5:45. Also Zero employees had hair nets or beard covers on, which is a health code violation. When we got our food we got no apology or an offer to grab a bag of chips, a cookie or 2 or anything.

Staff was friendly and it was busy but they still get through the order with care. Seems no matter how busy it is, my order never looks at though it was rushed or sloppy. The spicy dill sandwich was soooo good! Wish it was so more spicy tho!

Not one single napkin came with my order. Food was good but messy. Bad service for the price we pay for a Firehouse sub. Firehouse used to be top 3 for me but this is twice they've forgotten napkins or pickle spear with my lunch.

All three of our subs today were not correct. They were missing the requested ingredients. My grandbaby wanted cucumbers and so she went up and asked for cucumbers because they didn’t put them on her sandwich and they gave us chopped up cucumbers when. When I told them every sandwich was messed up, they just said sorry as if they didn’t care. That was after a 20 minute wait for three subs. Won’t be going back there.

I have eaten at Firehouse Subs in several different areas and I love the concept, I love supporting the local FD's but I've got to say my experience was not great. I came in and was welcomed with a mediocre welcome and when I asked the cashier for her suggestion she said "whatever you want". I love to ask for feedback from staff, to try new things and to get their opinion so this was sad. I settled for The classic chicken bacon ranch. The Bacon was 2 strips for a full large sandwich and they were paper thin, no flavor added to my sandwich. The turkey was good but overall I would rate the sandwich a C+. There were a lot of staff working and they were not super busy but no customer engagement at all. Final item is from the time I walked in to the time I left with 1 sandwich to go was just over 25 minutes. Next time I come through I will give you another shot and my hope is things get better.

Well, the food is decent, but the wait is ridiculous if you walk in. Not even a word on the wait as I order on my lunch break. I recommend ordering ahead. Lots of customers standing around waiting.
