The bread wasn’t fresh. The tuna was meh. The salad was made from the generic shredded sandwhich lettuce all fast food uses. I can’t find any good salads anywhere in town. It was my first time here and I won’t go again. I’ll show website pic vs actual salad below

We ordered the steak and cheese sub, too greasy and mayo making bread soggy. It was pretty bad. Would never order that again. I threw the steak sub away! Couldn’t eat it. The other sub that we got was the Italian sub, it had way too much condiments on it as well making the bread soggy. Again we could not eat it as well. Just seems like the sandwiches were thrown together.

Giving them the benefit of a doubt i gave them a second chance. I asked for their brisket sandwich, but they did not have any meat, so I got the steak sub. It was sloppy looking and soggy. The employees were not the most pleasant. I don't think I realized until today how seeing employees making your food wearing sweat pants or elastic athletic shorts and Crocs effects the overall feeling of a place. While I was waiting for my order another customer came in mad bc she has been placed on hold "bc they were busy" and waited 10 minutes before coming into the store, still on hold. On the better note it's well lit and the soda was good.

My first time trying Firehouse Subs was a complete disaster! Help me understand why the Philly Steak and Cheese was served wet with soggy bread? I'm so disappointed after hearing nothing but great things about the subs, salads, and limeade. I asked for a small and was given a medium, I asked if American cheese was available instead of provolone and was charged extra for monterrey jack. I'm sure it was just a bad experience that hopefully doesn't happen often but definitely not worth $10

Firehouse subs are always so good! The cashier seemed to be on autopilot but she was nice. We got a big smile from the girl who gave us our sandwiches.

Popped in on the way home from the beach. The sandwiches were delicious as usual and they were busy busy! Only one recommendation would be to put some fans outside on the covered patio. Otherwise 5 stars 🙂

Amazing firehouse subs in Troy. The subs were delicious and tasted fresh. The staff were friendly and the subs were reasonably priced. Restaurant area was clean.

The sandwiches were pretty good but they seemed to have a challenge with the finer details with the kids meals which tends to ruin your meal. We asked for the kids meal not to be toasted or have the meat heated and they did both which also equals melted cheese. When we brought it to their attention they simply took everything off of the toasted bread and put it in un-toasted bread which ultimately made the entire situation worse and we simply ended up throwing the sandwich away and giving her everyone's pickels for lunch. How hard is it to just remake it correctly? Overall, we are just passing through town, heading back to GA, so it is challenging to get a redo with this meal. Maybe next time...
