Sandwich prep was quite long, even with a nearly empty shop and only one apparent delivery pickup while we were there. But the food was solid - the pepperoni pizza sandwich was tasty and perfectly toasted.

I give this location 5 Stars all across the board. I tried redeeming points through the app at the location for a couple sandwiches, after ordering the app wouldn’t let me redeem. The managers both tried assisting me and the worker in trying to fix it but could not get it to happen. So they offered the sandwiches for free. Now that is awesome customer service. Along with greeting you from the moment you open the door and telling you to “have a great day” as you leave. The sand which was hot and delicious. From the fresh, soft warm bread, hot meatballs, perfect amount of sauce and the melted cheese… I have always been a fan of Firehouse and this just makes it even better. Thank you again for making this lunch a good lunch.
