I normally do not have anything bad to say about this location. My sandwhich was yummy, but my soup however seemed like it was served straight from the fridge!

Wow, I ❤ the customer service by the manager and crew. My first experience with Firehouse subs. Cashier Manny recommended the Italian sub and it was so good. I have always been a Subway person because I am ex-employee. But this Italian sub sandwich was so good. The locations is clean and I am glad they have huge select of diet sodas. I would highly recommend this location and the sup/crew were very welcoming. I would come back and have already recommended others to come here as I ate here. 😍

I came in to get a kid’s meatball sub and asked for them to make it sweet and spicy they refused to do it because they had to use more meatballs which seems weird since making something spicy doesn’t require you to add more meatballs all they do to make it the sweet and spicy version is put a sauce on it and some red pepper flakes so I’m really confused about why that was not possible for my kids sub I would’ve payed a bit extra for the sauce to be added but it seemed like they just didn’t wanna do it other than that I’ve come here many times before and never had any issues.

The half sandwich seems small but is definitely filling. Try the hook & ladder or the steamer. You can use the app for your order to accrue points towards free sandwiches.

This past Thursday I came in and ordered the Thanksgiving sub, total was 15.00 $ 1.00 tip and rounded up my total for the donation, when I ordered the guy said he wasn't sure if the turkey was defrosted. I got my order, after I ate my sandwich my stomach started hurting, then I got really sick, I got food poisoning, I was at work running to the bathroom from about 8 pm til past midnight trying to get my work out before I left. It was coming out at both ends, so today Friday I had to call out because of the projectile puking I had to call out due to my body hurting so bad from the food poised and also having to call out sat and Sunday from work that was my overtime. That's a great loss of money for me.

I called in an order for two footlong sandwiches. The staff asked if I wanted everything on my order. I said yes. The subs had very little meat, maybe 2 slices with cheese, and no veggies at all. So disappointed. Will never go back again. Going back to my favorite sandwich place Jersey Mike's, that loads their sandwich with plenty of meat and veggies.
