It's ok. I got the steamer as is on wheat. It was medium size with a small drink and cookie combo. It cost me nearly $15.
I had that same sandwich years ago. It was good the and now I wish I didn't get it.. I feel like I wasted money and I would have taken it back if I didn't have to be back so soon. That was my treat for the week lol The meat had a lot of fat on it nearly an inch . More fat than meat and it was not good. Brown mustard I couldnt taste.
Service was fine. They were nice and patient enough. I asked for an extra pickle. They forgot. It was clean quiet. I won't go back.

I’m not lying when I say this, that may have been one of the best sandwiches that I’ve ever eaten. The girl working told me that she had just made fresh meatballs & I could absolutely tell while eating it. I’ll definitely be back to this location!

I normally LOVE Firehouse subs but after this I will never entertain the thought of eating there again. My 4 year olds grilled chz wasn’t even toasted the cheese was barely melted. I asked for light mayo and there was so much mayo that my bun was gooey. I was really looking forward to my sandwich until I bit into more fat than meat. Very disappointed with how the staff acted bothered to take my order. Do better Firehouse subs you lost a great customer

DO NOT YELL AT ME WHEN I WALK IN THE DOOR.

I do not care if you say hello to me. I just want a sandwich.

Firehouse is aggressively mid for the price point. It's the classic corporate food chain who asks "how can we cut costs on food quality as much as humanly possible, approaching but not crossing the line of inedibility?"

I would never eat here if it weren't walking distance from my workplace. The meat tastes artificial and sloppy. Way way too much mayo/condiments to the point where it's almost gross.

Stopped here to grab a couple of sandwiches while traveling through the area. The food was good, the order was correct, promptly made, and they had clean working restrooms. What more could you ask for in a fast food type joint. Would visit again if we were in the area.

Order was placed quickly with a young man although he spoke very softly and was hard to hear. The delivery of our food (2 sandwiches) took much longer than we expected as there was only one person making them. The number of people standing around waiting became longer and longer. Not all of the hot sauces on the hot bar were labeled with a heat index. The sandwiches were delicious; however, the pickles were frozen ?!?! Just an FYI the honey ham is very sweet.
