My wife and I stopped by today 8/23 and ate lunch the food was great as well as the service. I got the Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub and it was awesome. It is an open-face sub and very messy to eat, but all you have to do is grab a bunch of napkins and you'll be good to go. My wife got the Hero Sub and it was awesome as well.

We had dinner from here tonight (September 18, 2024)and it was sooooo good. Everyone spoke when I walked in but the cashier was not that friendly when she walked up. No hello just what can I get you. She never smiled but she did say you're welcome after I told her thank you.

asked for gluten free bread. they don’t do that anymore. i ask for a turkey bacon ranch salad bowl. when i get my food, they did not heat up the meat, it had two hairs in it, and the man who took my order (who i had to repeat my order to multiple times) still put it in as a hook and ladder. waste of time; if i wanted cold lunch meat i could’ve gotten that at the walmart right beside it but no i paid 15 dollars for a “salad”

We've been going here for 30 years and it's always a highlight of our visits to Gadsden. The place is getting pretty dumpy and they could invest in a serious remodel. It just feels dirty. But hey we go for the riverboat special and it is as spot on as it has always been. Service is great too.

My personal preference is the hook and ladder sub. It is a substantial sandwich that can easily be shared between two adults.

Never got to eat they lost our ticket. After 42 mins of waiting we asked what was going on they lost our ticket no one knew what to do. They didn’t offer to make our food an we be next I asked for my money back took another 15 mins plus for them to find out how to open cash drawer will not be back ever to this location
