On a recent visit, I had one of their most popular sandwiches, "Hook and Ladder", small size and had made it a combo (chips and drink). Enjoyed the taste of the sandwich and also had their Cherry Limeade as my drink, which was also quite good. Not very busy for a mid afternoon Saturday. Service was fast and attentive.

Charming little sandwich shop and the cheese brisket sandwich was good. The staff was quick to make the sandwich and it was well presented. Though I wish they would pack more meat in it as I felt like it was a more bread to meat ratio. I'll come again to try another sandwich next time around.

There's been a few times that I've been told that it'll be 10 or 15 minutes before they can even take my order! Huh?
I can appreciate when they are very busy with a lot of people on site, but when you are just working on phone or online orders, a 30 second pause to take an order isn't out of the question. Especially when the employee that is supposed to be the supervisor is moving like a sloth.
Just poor service. With all of the competition close by it's unacceptable.

Chris was awesome and helped me make the best selection. The sub was ok but not the best but the service was outstanding. There was an issue with an irate customer that was under the influence and cops had to come but again, Christian maintained professionalism.

Order clearly says: No tomato, No onion, No ham… as you can see the sandwich has all 3 on it.

The employee making it looked high out of his mind. Couldn’t keep his eyes open or his mouth closed. Looked like he was on heroin.

I tried to tell the manager Christian, who also sounded high, and he said, “Saying someone is high is discrimination.” What?

I feel bad for small business owners, losing their businesses due to lazy, incompetent, drug using employees.

Somehow places like In N Out seem to hire quality, professional, hard working staff for a very similar environment.

This place won’t stay open long like this. Not to mention a sandwich is $16!

Taste is good but tiny 3” ( real 3”) sandwiches and soda $10.44 and asking automatically tip at least %15 !!! no thanks any more.
