This is only the 2nd time I’ve ordered from firehouse subs and both times my food has been wrong. I ordered grilled chicken salad light lettuce no tomatoes add chopped pickle. It has tomatoes on it and no pickles and not light lettuce

There I was. Firehouse Subs- a place of magic and whimsy. A soft, bready breeze carried me into this house of dreams. It had been a long shift at the Detective Agency, I had tried to solve this dame’s murder, but to no avail. I was dejected- down on my luck. I almost gave up completely- then I saw the Firehouse Subs sign. I waltzed in, and the staff treated me like royalty. Whether it’s because they knew I was the best sleuth in the state or the Sherlock Holmes of modern-day America- it matters not. I asked for the cashier’s recommendation. She smiled at me and proceeded to give me the most mind-blowing, toe-curling, scrumptious, nail-biting sandwich recommendation. It was so good, it made me wanna transform into a werewolf. I did- and the staff paid me no judgment. The food was the best I’ve had in years, and the young employees are going places. Any negative reviews you’ve heard about this place are from the Russian KGB and are false. P.S- No I did not solve her murder. One of the fine young men complimented my fedora and my trench coat. Good kid.

Once again, my order was wrong. Granddaughter loves the subs, so I once again take her. Receipt was correct, order done wrong. Your subs are expensive, and it makes me mad when mine isn't done right. Get it together and READ the order. Quit the BS talking to each other about the night before and the weather! READ and clean the sticky tables please!

The French dip was delicious. Their turkey is always a hit with my daughter. We also had Mac and cheese and chicken and dumplings soup that was delicious as well.

They put the "fire" in firehouse at this location. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was PHENOMENAL. I can't express how lovely my experience was!

Had the pastrami. It was amazingly bland… which I can’t ever recall happening in my life. Won’t order again. $20 sub and half got tossed in the trash.
