I drove from boaz to get food there . After being there for 15 minutes seeing another customer complaining for being there for 1 hour . I set there for 1 hour as well waiting for my food only to get up and ask about my food they didn't know where mine was. then they pointed to the counter to a bag that had been setting there for 30 minutes and said that was mine . After getting to my truck and looking at the food it was cold and made wrong. I carried the food back in and gave it back to them after being there for an hour and made wrong and they didnt care about the poor customer service I was very aggervated .and i just left and went to Jack's to get some fresh hot food . I'll never be back. Terrible service .

Overall place was clean and staff was polite and friendly walking in. Got the Italian sub and wife got the veggie. She loved hers but they got my order wrong. Asked for no tomato, onion, and mayo. They put one tomato on and put on mayo. I didn’t take it back up to replace not worth throwing out. Restrooms were clean. Not getting the order correct is the reason for 3 star.

Best sub in town. The 'Hook & Ladder' is the shizzel my nizzell! The smokehouse brisket sub isn't too bad either.
