Wok hei flavor infused in this homely cooked dishes is very comforting flavor of a real Chinese Restaurant. Egg drop soup is a tad bit too salty.
Amazing twice cooked pork, so tender, wok hei flavor. (Char siu cooked with veggie, Small portion on the picture)
Sweet and sour chicken large portion is a lot for a person. Thin crunchy batter of chicken cuts.
Nice crunchy deep fried spring rolls with veggies filling.
Iced hongkong milk tea that isn't too sweet (perfect sweetness)
Oolong tea comes in tea bag, pretty basic.
Definitely would return for other dishes in hope of the wok hei flavor in North Pole!
Unexpected to find in Alaska!

Very disappointed. Service was excellent but we ordered their No.1 family meal for 2 and for $70 there was very small portions of each item. The family meals at pagoda, for a similar price, provide my family dinner and at least lunch the next day too. This place was very stingy with certain ingredients, the "shrimp with veggies" had a total of 4 shrimps. The spring rolls had almost no filling and everything was lacking flavor. To top it all off, when we opened our soup, we found a hair on top that definitely didn't come from our household. We will definitely never be back. Save yourself the heartache and just order pagoda instead.

Excellent experience. Overpriced bowl of soup with veggies and noodles. I would go back again. Love the ambiance and the owners.

Never go here if you want a nice dining experience. First impression, decor is very confusing, with random pictures and quotes, and some default pictures from decor stores with random families or a close up scenery shot with irrelevant writing. Server comes over with her neck covered in hickies. Not my business but in a professional work environment, they should be covered. Ordered the egg drop soup and orange chicken. Egg drop soup was grey and smelled and tasted of chicken broth, nothing like the picture. I asked the waitress if she would take it away right after i tasted it, bowl still full. She didnt ask if there was any problem, just took the bowl and didnt talk. Orange chicken wasnt orange chicken at all. It's like it was drenched in honey and syrup, and was super sweet and odd. All the fried food is made in an air fryer and not fresh, we could hear the air fryer dinging in the back the whole time. When it came time to pay, i asked if the egg drop soup was taken off the bill, it was 8 dollars and i wasnt planning for it to be there since i sent it back. Waitress said yes and i asked if it be taken off, she was reluctant to do so and instead got the woman from the back to come up. She spoke broken english, i explained the problem with the egg drop soup and said it looked nothing like the picture in the menu of normal egg drop soup. This woman grabs the menu, forces it into my hands and points to the small words in the corner saying "picture for reference only". I understood but explained to her that reference pictures mean that the item should look similar, she didnt even bring up the fact that it tasted and smelled of chicken broth. As a reply she said "THANK YOU" and went back to the kitchen before i responded. It was ridiculous, and the waitress came back up and said the total again, also not caring. First time ive ever left no tip. Prices are extreme for mediocre food and terrible service, will not be returning and i hope others arent blind sided like me and my friends were. All 4 of us agreed we will not go back and it was our first bad restaurant experience.

Spring rolls are light, flakey, crispy and flavorful. Mongolian beef with rice. The beef is tender and great, tons of veggies, cooked to softness but still with a crunch. The rice needs work, it was pretty dry and tasted old. Customer service is great and the food is brought out fast! I’ll be coming back!

I ordered egg foo young. This does not resemble any egg foo you I have ever seen. I do not see or taste any egg in it. There are four clumps of breading with onion, pork cabbage and water. No gravy.
I also order the sesame chicken which was also bland. Barely ate any of it. Never going back there.
