I came in unannounced and without an appointment to open a checking and savings account so that I could have local banking. The Bank officer Kelly took excellent care of me and managed to get me squeezed in to what looked like a busy day.

I was treated with kindness - professionalism and respect. I would have absolutely no hesitation to recommend this bank for local banking needs.

One plus - they have a change counting machine that is 0$ fee for customers - that is a great deal!

This bank has done nothing but go down hill ever since the buy out of merchants bank . Employees run into issues all the time that they don't have answers for, unprofessional at most times.

Unfortunately, i didn’t get the peoples names but a young man and a lady that was transferred into that Fidelity Bank, helped my partner and I when it came to taking out a loan. They showed us an easy process on how to do it and they were very patient and amazing to us!

I’d give them 0 stars if that was an option. Don’t waste your time going here. The supervisor was racist and didn’t want to cash the check for no valid reason. She made a comment stating “she wasn’t comfortable”. Very snobby and inconvenient. They need to do better. Not going back to this location again.

16 yrs at same bank had a the first down time where I had no flow shut me down I couldn't get my money like 3 paychecks and Ebenezer Scrooge works at Nazareth don't go to that one he is heartless and cruel and knows nothin of true honest customer service. I am disappointed in this bank sinces it merged when it was merchants never ever had issues. What Ebenezer in Nazareth you can tell right away whom he is.

The regular bank tellers are usually nice but i’ve had some pretty rude ones before and some bad experiences, first time dealing with noelle and she was the sweetest lady i’ve met.
