I live north of Seattle but most times when I'm passing through I wait to eat here. For the past 20+ years I've been stopping in it has ALWAYS been great food, great service! Even the customers are nice! It's nice to know that when I'm on the road I know I can get a great meal !

Ordered the corned beef hash breakfast special. The Corned Beef was in respectable size chunks but had absolutely no flavor of corned beef or of anything else. The coffee was extremely weak. The hash browns were oily like they may have been cooked in a deep fat fryer. Sourdough toast was good. Service was excellent

Nice little greasy spoon kinda place. Probably my 6 year old's new favorite diner (see the pic of the pancakes we got and you'll see why). Reminds me of the diners I used to go to as a kid with my grandparents. Staff was super friendly and laid back, even though they were short staffed. Food was delicious and and portions pretty good for the cost. They have a lot of regulars. Place was about half full for Thursday dinner. Will definitely be coming back, and I wish I'd tried coming before now.

The waitstaff and cooks seem to be very nice people. However, the owners need a reality check. Is any of the food fresh? Is any of it made-to-order? I think not. The pancakes had a strange, hard-to-cut, rubbery texture. This place needs to shrink the menu and focus on producing a few items exceptionally well.
We should have stopped at the grocery store and cooked breakfast on my camping gear.

We found the coffee to be very weak. The pancakes were good but the scrambled eggs were flat. My husband did not enjoy his corned beef. On the other hand if I lived close to Fat Dave's I would go back and try other breakfast options. We like small, older diner-like establishments. This is worth another try.

Hmmm 🤔 It is definitely a greasy spoon kind of place. They were short staffed but not terribly busy on a Wednesday night. We shared a Reuben sandwich and they were more than gracious enough to give us two plates and they served us enough fries for two. Their beer selection wasn't amazing but they had what was needed to make me happy! Hopefully people give this place enough of a chance to keep it open and to prove itself. We enjoyed the food. We weren't so impressed with the atmosphere but the service was pretty good! Not sure if we will be back but we wanted to give it a shot. You should too!

I need to start by saying the corned beef hash is to die for.

That said, everything we've tried here has been delicious. Huge milkshakes, good burgers, the best country fried steak I've had in a long time. Portions are HEARTY for the price. They are fast, and the waitress is awesome. The vibe is very chill. We will definitely keep coming back!
