If you're having car troubles in Chester or the surrounding area, this is the place to go! John is very knowledgable and thorough, but also doesn't go looking for problems with your vehicle. If you've got a specific issue/concern, he addresses that and doesn't nickel and dime you for problems that could be there if you drive an older vehicle. Clarice is great, quick to get back to you with quotes and is very friendly. We've been taking our cars to them for years now and really enjoy working with them. They are very responsive to calls and quick to get work done. I would recommend them to everyone!

I am a fairly new customer and Farrs Auto Repair has been great. The employees are friendly and talk to you with respect. Had a tire go flat on 102 and was able to limp my car into this shop. Although their own busy schedule and not having new tires in stock, they very graciously put my spare on for me in easily 15 minutes of me walking in the door and asking for help. They made what could've been a very frustrating day into one that was only slightly inconvenient and I still made my dentist appointment. I can't thank them enough for taking the time to help me out.

I had my vehicle towed here and called the next day to verify its delivery. Very pleasant young lady to deal with on the other end of the phone when I actually was not.
This place was very busy and they honestly did the absolute best they could to get my car done as I communicated how dependent I was on it.
Excellent customer service very hard to come by and had my car running in top condition at a reasonable cost.

I brought my tire into his office wow John the owner read me the RIOT act I was very embarrassed even after I apologized. Honest mistake on my behalf however these are great mechanics last September John and crew replaced front subframe on my Ford Focus charged me less than what he quoted .Because of his behavior I won't go back. I'm a retired business owner of more than 28 years and never treated a customer the way he did me.......If you notice he has never responded to my review.
