The atmosphere was comfortable. The service was friendly and considerate. The food was amazing, a little pricey, but I expected that for the environment. The drinks were fantastic and more (quantity), than I expected.
The only complaint I would have is that the food took almost an hour to arrive at our table. That wasn't really a problem for me, because that meant more time with my Love. The food still came out hot and delicious.

We went on a weekend so I will start my review with that caveat and will defitnely come here again on a slower day to see if that changes anything.

We arrived and got seated fairly quickly. But then we spent about 20 minutes before our order was taken. Then once it was, they forgot our soup and bread that was supposed to come first. The food came after about 30 minutes then we asked about the soup and bread which they brought over, seems they had forgotten it.

What was really nice is that even though we were fine to Aly for the bread and soup, they just gave it to us for free. So that was nice. We didn't ask for that. But I'm sure they felt bad since we had 2 small kids and they were getting squirmy.

I don't believe the server was bad, in fact she was really great, I just think they were severely understaffed for how popular the place is. They should work on that. They and their servers running wayrlentables than they should be.

I would likely not come back here with kids again. It feels like a place where you really will stay a while, and they shut have chairs and so it's probably better with just adults.

Maybe a weekday is different.

The food itself was great. It felt high quality and fresh. I enjoyed it a lot. I normally finish my food at places but I got full had to take home leftovers so that was nice as well. I had extra for later.

Treated my team to lunch here and exchanged Christmas gifts. We were seated in a tent-covered area outdoors with heaters. It ranged from too cold to too warm while we were there. Food and deserts were really good. I always get the Salmon Farro Bowl because it is fresh, healthy, and delicious! The slices of cake are large and shareable. Dress in layers in case you, too, are seated outside on a cold day.

Flavor is not what you’ll find here. I had high hopes but after visiting now twice, I won’t be back. Absolutely NO salt or seasoning on my salmon. We had the brussel sprouts but they were raw and cold, even after they re-heated them. This place has every opportunity to be phenomenal. I really hope they work on the taste aspect. I would love to come back, the people are really nice!

If you go here for dinner it's great! Love the menu and the food is fantastic. Don't go for the brunch Buffett. We did the Easter Buffett and were not at all impressed. It's was a small breakfast buffett with a couple bowls of lettuce calling itself brunch. Not many protein options. No pancakes, French toast. Only had waffles if you were able to wait 15 minutes for the 2 waffle irons to cook them. No chafing dish of waffles. They had some crab legs but only put a few out at a time and then took very long to refill. Their breakfast gravy is made with corn starch instead of flour. Ick. The cost is $60 per person and basically you get eggs, bacon, pastries and a small fatty piece of prime rib. A total rip off. Wish I could have just ordered off the brunch menu.

Also we were sat in a tent even though half the restaurant was empty and I made reservations over a month ago. Maybe they should move their servers to better sections and seat the nicer areas first.

Absolutely Delicious!

We had an amazing brunch at Farm 12! The food was *incredible* — we ordered an omelette and biscuits & gravy, and both were absolutely delicious. The potatoes, in particular, were divine. We went on a Sunday around 2, and although the wait was a bit long, we were prepared for that thanks to the online waitlist (which I definitely recommend using!). There was plenty of parking just across the street, so that was a plus. The service was friendly enough, and even though we had to wait a little longer because it was busy, the food was *so* worth it. Can’t wait to go back!

Had a lovely brunch here with family. A nice touch is if your waiting on members of your party you can grab a coffee next door at their fika coffee.
