Rooms feel smaller than most. But does not impact my decision to keep coming back. They are clean, comfortable & have great views. The service/staff everywhere are very friendly. Location off fwy is convenient & perfect. Their slection of food options are great and reasonable; love there's an ice cream parlor at Lique.

Had Christmas brunch at the Fresh Grille Buffet. The food was amazing and service excellent. The Food Service Manager, Sal, made our experience extra special. Sal's kindness to our table, giving us such a warm welcome. Made it feel just like home, treating us with kindness and care. He made sure all our needs were met and warmly thanked us all as we were leaving. Five Stars for his cordial and classy service. Thanks

Was hanging with some friends in Palm Springs on a golf trip and decided to check out the casino. Was having a good time and started playing electronic roulette. I decided to put 100 dollars into the roulette machine and bet on red. A red 16 hit. The 100 dollars that was shown in the cash available went to 0 (when the money should have doubled to 200). My buddy who’s a cop was right by me as a witness. Staff ended up coming over and could not access the machine to view the history. The screen was having glitches. Even the staff said something was wrong with the machine. They then called their video surveillance team who told me the last 3 numbers to hit were all black, lying to me in my face and said there’s no way we can see the video playback. This place is a total scam. I’m sure they get away with it all the time. They told me there was nothing they can do and to file a formal complaint, which I did.. and they would contact me in two weeks, which never happened. Their customer service was terrible, and they’re straight ripping people off. It was a terrible experience, and I have proof to show the red 16 hit..

Popped in to have dinner at the Fresh Grill Buffet. Food was excellent! Service was efficient and good. It is a wait for alcohol service but was also expected - pretty sure they had to go to the casino bar for it.
Enjoyed some slots before leaving. Drinks at the bar were priced nice.
Plenty of shops. Live music (good stage!). And the pool looked inviting.

Came here to check out the snowbird deal. Easy to sign up for the rewards program, and offer gave us $20 off a meal- which we used at Pom. Nice restaurant with a classy feel and tasty options. Also gave us $50 in slot play after spending $20, which we ended up not using. Slot areas were mostly smoke free, and there was free live music and dancing. A fun local night out overall, and close to the RV park we are staying in for the winter.

The casino is very classy and has a ton of slots it can be a little smokey if you're by the smoking section otherwise it's great. It definitely is more modern inside than outside. The pool looks fantastic even though I did not use it.

I love coming and bringing my clients so they can also enjoy this event. The food is good and the desert tables were wonderful.

Buffet is good but slots are the tightest in Southern California. I get lured into eat and never win gambling after hundreds of times. That isn’t bad luck they have really tight machines that do not pay. Come to eat but do not play Agua is way better. This is my experience of years maybe a decade of going. I don’t know why they are so greedy but they don’t deserve your business. This isn’t just my personal experience either.
