Our server Josh was the five star of the day. The ambiance is comfortable and the food is good. I really enjoyed their ribs and all their sauces. I’ll be back for more ribs and to try their fried chicken when the roll that out. Next time we would love to try the bread pudding!

I was craving bbq and this really was surprising good for the area. Was not expecting it to find any local bbq spots. Order the family plate and was able to feed all 4 of us and we eat like pigs.

They rushed into this one. I LOVE! the Tracy location. Modesto's location was Slapped together, not the biz. BBQ was cold for real! and as you can see that fish meal was $15! barely any fish it was so thin and smelled fishy with a hint of ammonia. This location is a disgrace and you should have fixed the womans bathroom before opening. So much staff crammed in the cooking quarters, bar area was odd like you couldn't sit there. The atmosphere was dull, food cold and stinky. I give 2 stars because this is not the Famous Dave's I love..P.s the drinks where on point tho👍🏽

For a chain BBQ, this place did amazing. Haven't eaten at one in a long time since they're not really a west coast thing that I've seen. Mainly saw in the midwest.

Anyway, every thing was wonderful, service was a bit lacking, however the server was great but the poor guy and the rest of the staff seemed to be a bit overwhelmed as they were all bartender, server, etc... Just seemed short staffed.

Went to Famous Dave's for the first time ever with my family! It was busy on a Sunday night, but we got seated right away. Drinks came quick, our server, Joshua, was very patient and answered all my questions (of which I had multiple). Food came quick once we ordered. He was super nice and attentive. Food was really good! I had the burnt ends and the pork. The Mac n cheese was just a little spicy and delicious. Great first experience overall and will definitely be coming back!

Will never purchase from this establishment and will definitely tell all my friends of the horrible food you serve. Burger was so dry and I thought the whole point of a spicy bbq burger is for it to actually have bbq and be spicy hence the name “DEVILS SPIT”..to the owner PLEASE TRAIN YOUR COOKS BETTER & TEACH THEM NOT TO RUSH ESPECIALLY ON TOGO ORDERS. For this burger I could have stayed home.

Atmosphere of the place is great. That's kind of where the compliments end. Server seemed nice, but I don't know if she was just new or something but we would have to wait about 15-20 mins everytime we wanted to get something from her. This would include us asking for a straw or something small, it'd take about that long for us to receive the item. It wasn't busy by any means in there, and seemed well staffed. Food took a bit to get out which is understandable, except out of the 5 of, 3 of our dishes were incorrect. Broccoli cheddar loaded potatoes missing broccoli completely. Cornbread and beans sides not there, etc. Once again, I could deal with this, but then the actual food was sub par at best. Brisket sandwich mainly fat, tri tip was cold, etc. the cornbread was fantastic however. Finally time comes to pay and we did split it between 2 parties, but the tabs were not split correctly with sides and drinks being mixed between the two. We didn't even bother asking for it to be fixed as the wait was getting a little ridiculous. Overall was not impressed, but I know this location is new and other locations are typically really good , so I will try and give this place another go once they find their footing
