I contacted several caterers for a dinner to be served for my family celebrating my mother in law’s 95th birthday. Several minutes into my conversation with Rigo I felt so at ease with him, it was like I was talking to an old friend.
Rigo gave me several suggestions on his menu and together we created a great dinner for my family.
Our meal consisted of Peruvian Chicken Wings, Stuffed Yuca, 7 Meat Stew, Columbia Chicken, Plantain Lasagna, & Costa Rican Rice and Beans.
There was more than enough food for our dinner (serving 18 people) and there was leftovers for the next day. Every menu item was absolutely delicious. You can tell that the food was made with such care and passion.
Every aspect of my experience was beyond superb.
Rigo is extremely polite and professional. He has mad cooking skills and you won’t go wrong deciding to use him for your event.
If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would.
Thank you Rigo for helping to make our celebration so memorable

Delicious food!!! I had the Birria Quesadillas and the Birria Torta, both really flavorful. The customer service was awesome, Rigo was really nice and made sure my order was to my liking. I can tell he really put his heart into the food. Will definitely visit again. 😊

Rigo made our wedding the best possible experience. He was friendly, affordable, and professional. I lost count of how many guests came up to me to tell me how amazing his food was. He pulled off our 100+ person wedding without a hitch! The setup was beautiful and the food was perfect, it was everything we wanted and more. I highly, highly recommend Familia Español for all of your catering needs!

Familia Español is definitely a one of a kind catering company! The food is not only phenomenal, but authentic and you can tell it’s made from the heart.

Rigo, the owner, is extremely accommodating and tries to ensure his clients are more than satisfied with their event. The whole time he was working just as hard as his crew.

It was a great experience overall and I highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Hispanic food to cater your next event!

Rigo catered our event of 30+ people, he served the BEST birria tacos we’ve ever tasted, scrumptious garlic shrimp & delicious vegan empanadas, everything was kept warm for hours in the steam trays he provided. Everyone loved the food - and we also loved Rigo’s attention to detail & the awesome customer service provided! We will definitely hire this catering company again!

Rigoberto catered a party for me and everything was fantastic. I called a bunch of different companies to shop prices and Familia Español was one of the only ones I could find that would cater a smaller event.
The prices where fair and the food was amazing. Rigoberto does so much ran typical tacos and recommended his Cochinita Pilbil, which was fantastic.
Rigoberto has a passion for food and wants nothing more than to introduce people to new, tasty foods.

Familia Español has such a great variety of delicious food. Definitely something good and different to eat that is good for all types of people. The food is always fresh, delicious and I highly recommend trying this place out if you haven't already! Rigo is doing things right at Familia Español!
