This place has THE BEST ever garden and picnic area. Just stunning! Room was spacious and spotless. Bed was an absolute dream. Wi-fi was strong and the pool was a great addition. The area felt completely safe. A steady 10 out of 10. We had a great stay and we won't hesitate a bit to book with you again next time we're in South Florida. Totally recommended!

This is a nicely refurbished motel. We were generally pleased with the value for our money and would stay here again. The grounds are inviting and fenced. Once you drive in, it feels serene. Our room had vinyl flooring; I think all hotel rooms should. However, although it looked clean, it turned my barefoot black. Asking housekeeping to clean it did not fully resolve the issue. I did not see nor smell any mold.

This is a large complex of buildings of motel quality. The grounds are kept immaculate. Rooms are functional, with a/c, microwave, and mini fridge. There is no breakfast available as in many other local motels. My biggest complaint about the stay was that, even though the complex is currently 'non smoking', rooms can still reek from decades of previously allowed smoking. I was assigned one of these rooms in the 800 building, and unfortunately had to get up in the middle of the night for a breathing treatment due to the nicotine scents still exuding from the walls and ceiling. It is what it is. Price was reasonable for a one night stay.

We called and spoke to Juanita to ensure they had room to park a 40' RV and she confirmed they did. We arrived there late Tuesday night and she checked us in and told us to park our truck and 1 day old RV anywhere we felt comfortable. She's an absolute sweetheart! In addition, the pool with waterfall was very cool and the overall landscaping was beautiful. The room and grounds were very clean. We'll be back!

Juanita was just amazing at the lobby. Definitely made us feel at ease as we went through the process of checking in and instructing us to our room. The room exceeded our expectations and was super neat and clean. Definitely worth it and would go again.

I recently stayed at this hotel for over a week and attempted to extend my stay through Agoda. Despite having a valid booking confirmation and voucher, the front desk claimed they could not locate my extension. In my attempt to resolve the situation, while openly communicating the updates with customer service, sitting in the lobby for hours while on the phone with Agoda customer service trying to resolve the issue in real time. Front desk staff were fully aware of my situation and what was going on.

After spending the entire morning trying to fix the problem, I was told to vacate the room and rebook—resulting in me being out over $400. I complied and I continued working with Agoda until about 3 PM, only to return to the front desk and be told I could not rebook because I had been placed on a “Do Not Book” list, despite having no prior issues and fully complying with every instruction given.

What makes this even worse is that front desk staff had encouraged me to come back and rebook just 30 minutes earlier. When I asked for an explanation, none was provided.

This is an awful way to treat a guest who is actively trying to extend their stay, communicate openly, and resolve issues respectfully. I was left confused, out of money, and without answers. Extremely disappointing experience and I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

I spent my Thanksgiving vacation this year at this Inn. The room was clean, the area was quiet, and it was literally less than 3min away from my relatives home. Perfect location. Near most shopping centers and restaurants. Also, not too far from entertainment. The room service was still provided despite the claus I read when I checked in at the front desk. We didnt have to ask for much. They kepted us stocked with what we needed for our room. No, they dont have the breakfast station but they have a drink station that is self serve. But that didn't bother me much. The area was safe and quiet to me. The ice machine was near our room and that was cool for us. Plus the internet was free and open. Not code required. And the price was totally affordable. I didn't have any problems during my visit. Quite pleased.

Extra: Some neighboring houses near the hotel shot off fireworks on Thanksgiving night. It was truly the cherry on top of a wonderful holiday to see that from my view in the distance.

The room was clean and comfortable. The property is conveniently located giving travelers easy access to so many different options. Considering the cost, it is the best value for the area. The front desk staff is always helpful and quite professional in the quick check-in and check-out that gets you on your way.
