Spent three nights at the Fairmont and was continuously impressed at every turn. From the team working the front door, to the front desk attendees, general staff and managers I encountered. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Although I did not visit a restaurant, the food provided to our business group of 100 was of high quality. So it would lead me to believe the restaurant food would be even better. Worth the experience and I hope to return and enjoy the R & R aspect of what the property provides.

A very nice hotel with well appointed rooms. Massive bathrooms, well laid out, and comfortable bed, not too soft or hard. Service is very friendly and helpful. Lovely lounge up front filled with cushy chairs that becomes a bar at 4pm. Good selection of wines though inflated prices. The onsite restaurant was fine — a great trout fillet — with ample outdoor seating for nice days. Just a very nice spot though be aware a lot of business people looking busy during the week. Small distraction.

It is so rare that someone can pay for something and feel good about the purchase. This hotel puts a ton of effort into providing incredible service. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are great, but most of all, the people who run the hotel really, really care. Every single staff member pays attention to detail and goes above and beyond his or her job description. They even brought my fiance free ginger and lemon tea twice per day, when she was sick.

Worth every penny for a luxury staycation! The Mediterranean-inspired architecture and landscaping make you feel transported to another world. The spa treatments incorporate botanical ingredients, and the poolside service anticipates your needs before you even realize them. The Tom Fazio golf course is impeccably maintained.

I travel often for work and stay at many luxury hotels. The service provided at the Fairmont Del Mar, blew me away. Every employee from valet, to concierge, bartender, spa manager, pool attendant, all were wonderful. I had a minor medical emergency pop up, and the front desk called a doctor for me (who was wonderful as well). Multiple managers called to check on how I was feeling. I felt very cared for, which is rare in most hotels. Thank you for a wonderful visit. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone that I know. I hope to return with better weather and to be healthy the entire trip. ||In addition, the entire hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Every piece of antique furniture, the lamps, carpet, woodwork, wallpaper, it was a delight for the eyes! Beautiful.

People were all very friendly and helpful. I wish there was a more casual dinner option. With 3 kids we didn't want to go out to a fancy meal every night. Compared to another Fairmont we had stayed at, the family pool had a lot to be desired. It was really just a pool. The pool was heated which was great.

What a beautiful location! We had such a lovely time staying here. The pool area is so gorgeous and relaxing. And the pool bar tender Gerard went above and beyond. He recommended amazing cocktails and was so helpful. He really made our experience wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Had a magical birthday stay. The resort is outstanding, staff friendly and super attentive . A few staff members that really stood out with their stories and customer service.: Ignacio and Nadya at Amaya were working during my stay. They were amazing. Garrett and Chris at the pool were Rockstars helping us. Jenelle made the perfect cocktails to enjoy by the fire pit in the beautiful room. Nattakitta made the highlight of the trip- the hiking trails easy to go on – from the check in, you were super helpful. Kara and the entire team at the Afternoon tea made me feel so special with the birthday card! Maria and the Housekeeping team, 5 stars! It was a pleasure to meet you and have ya’ll assist us.
