Really nice small campground to relax! Pool restrooms, play area for children are extremely clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. We went to the city and didn’t noticed that our camper hose was leaking from the hose. Staff noticed it and reached out friendly message to let us know. Very easy to get to downtown Fairhope will definitely re visit soon!!

Stayed here to explore Fairhope, AL & Gulf Shores (about an hour away). Park was very well maintained & looked brand new. The showers were just like a hotel! The clubhouse was very nice with several TVs & pool table. The swimming pool looked great too! The park was just about 10 minutes from downtown Fairhope!

We had to evacuate for hurricane Helene in September. The people there were so nice and thoughtful. When I needed to leave my camper for a few days to go be with my husband, who does storm work, I felt safe doing so. When we had to come pick up, they allowed him to bring his storm truck to the park just so he could hook up the fifth wheel for me which saved us an hour of time. Mist places will not do that and we were super grateful ?! They even thanked him for his service to the community. It's beautiful there, clean, and the decor is amazing in the clubhouse. They were just an amazing group of genuine, good people ❤️ .

This was a very new RV camping park. It has wide paved roads, large concrete pads that easily accommodated my 40 ft Tiffin motor home and car. Very convenient for access to Fairhope Alabama. Close to restaurants and Mobile Bay. You will like camping here.

This RV park is a tucked away GEM! The staff is so kind and really went out of their way to make our stay great.

Parking pads are large enough for our rig and separate vehicles. We have a large fifth wheel, truck, jeep and motorcycle…not to mention all the bikes and extras we drag out for our time playing around.

The pool is super clean. Showers are immaculate. And the clubhouse is certainly a welcomed key feature.

I work from home and used the clubhouse daily for my meetings, and to work with my clients. It was a very relaxing atmosphere with plenty of room for lots of families to share the space.

This is truly one of the best RV parks we have visited.

Everything is well worth an overnight visit or a longer stay. There are a few full-timers who are super friendly and helpful.

Only drawback, there is almost 0 shade on the property. So bring your tents, put out your awning, but it is worth every penny to stay at this park.

We will definitely be back.

This RV resort is a hidden gem. It’s conveniently located about 10 minutes off I-10, between a nice Publix and Walmart for your necessities, and a great stop over on your way to the beaches or if you want to visit downtown Fairhope for some dining and shopping. The resort is very clean, nice dog park, laundry and bath facilities were very nice. I didn’t get to use the pool during my stay because a tropical storm came through, but it looked nice from the clubhouse. The sites were very spacious, didn’t feel like you are on top of your neighbors. Plenty of grassy areas to walk your dogs. The WiFi was great. I was able to work each day with no issues, even during the storm. The staff are friendly, great communication about check in, storm, etc. If I could make one suggestion, and this is not a negative in any way, is to maybe add a second garbage collection point. There is only one garbage collection area at the very front of the resort, outside of the gates. I would prefer to have one at the back of the resort that is accessible to guests in that area or offer pickup service each morning . For the price though, you cannot beat this resort and we will definitely stay again. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Fairhope Landing RV Park is a 5-star experience! Wonderful clubhouse, private showers, pool, laundry, cable tv, WiFi, all first class! We will definitely stay there every visit to Fairhope, AL.

What an amazing RV Park!!! Everyone is so kind,Bathrooms/Showers are huge and super clean. Pool and recreation area are beautiful and super clean. Owners take great pride in this RV Resort, and it definitely shows !! If in the area we'll definitely be back to this park!
