Great pillows! We needed larger room and they were able to accommodate us, pet friendly and reasonably priced and breakfast included! Friendly staff, overall I would stay again while travelling south from Canada. Free parking and well lit parking lot.

I had a great experience here, my room was very clean, everything working fine. Staff is very kind and welcoming, breakfast was ok but its just a classic hotel meal. I given the hotel 4 stars because coffee is not the best it looks like you're drinking tea because is so light. I definitely recommend this place.

The website states that there is a hot tub. In all reality, there is no hot tub at the location. The pool states that it's heated, it is not a heated pool.
I booked my hotel weeks out and was never informed that there would not be a hot tub or a heated pool.
As soon as I got there, I asked to speak to a manager. They told me a manager would not be in the office until Monday morning. So I could not get things straightened out when I checked in.
I called Monday morning to get things straightened out and they told me I had to be a member. Only do you get points for being a member? When I am not a membered and they could not adjust the $500. I paid for the weekend. When I soli went for this hotel because it had a hot tub and a heated pool. I was told that there was nothing they could do. Since I am not a member, so I have to eat the cost. Although their website states that they have a heated pool and a hot tub.
That's false advertisement. I do not recommend This hotel because of the false advertisement and the willing to adjust the billing based off of their false advertisement

Nice clean hotel. Nice that Bobs burger is right next door for dinner. 3 stars? My wife and I specifically chose this hotel because we that a soak in the hot tub would be nice after a long drive.. the hot tub was removed 2-3 years ago the signs are still up. And it still mentions it online…. But the hot tub/spa is gone.

The staff is always welcoming. My favorite part of my stay are the beds, we travel a lot and Fairfield by far has the most comfortable beds. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a king suite on the top floor. Our suite was anything, but "roomy". It was cramped if you had any luggage.
When I booked our stay in the Marriott app, unser the "Bathroom Amentities" section it had listed that our bathroom had a shower and jetted bathtub which were seperate. Unfortunately this was untrue. Other than those two annoyances our stay was relaxing. Staff did not bother us, responded promptly to any of my messages/requests, and made our stay

Very pleased with this hotel. Room is super clean, very comfortable (like crazy cozy bed and pillows), and has lots of space. The bathroom was really great with a huge shower and fantastic water pressure. Would definitely stay again.

AC stank of mold and struggled to cool the room. I don't know who designed the shower but the stall was extremely narrow. Elbows and hips constantly bumping walls and the sliding door. Not my best stay, but it wasn't my worst either. It was generally clean and safer than other places in the s#!+hole that Yakima has become. Slowest elevator door ever. Some trash piled up in the hall well over 18 hours.
