Well, checkin was smooth, plenty of parking, elevators worked, not too fast, but beats walking up stairs with bags! The room was clean, everything worked well. Bed was comfy. I would have given this place 5 stars, if it were not for the UN supervised kids running around. They were everywhere and NO adult oversight. They Adults were either drinking next door or in the lobby. My door was knocked on by the kids at 10pm, i guess they thought it funny. Very good hotel, i will call next time to see if there is a tournament going on and then bypass this property.

Amazing staff, location and food station. I loved the comfy room and how close it is to every thing.||The breakfast is a must. There are Belgian waffles, cereal, two hit dishes and a variety of coffees and milk. Lots of cereal, oat meal, the place has some great healthy food.

Positive: The pool was VERY cold! When advising the front desk, the woman said she was aware of it & that it was needing to be fixed. Well, if it is not working, then a note should have been posted on the door - at least advising that the temperature was very low. Negative: The staff could have been a bit more engaging. Again, front desk woman could have cared less about any of the concerns raised to her.

I pass through Wheeling often and this has become my go-to hotel, even if the price is a bit higher than others in the area. Very clean and the beds are comfortable. I travel with a task-trained service dog and the staff seems to be very knowledgeable on the law as I have never had an access issue during any of my stays.
This hotel is exceptionally located. While it is close to dining and shops, it’s at the end of the road with reduced traffic and road noise. Easy off/on to I-70, but not close enough to hear the trucks.

Great place. Very clean. Very updated. Great room and the service from everyone there was above and beyond. And the breakfast was a hot breakfast and absolutely delicious. Will stay there again. Close to every shop and restaurants.

A wonderful example of a well run Marriott property. All requests are honored, extra towels and pillows in the room before check in. With the sports complex close, there were a lot of very young sports teams running around unsupervised in the hallways and pool. Breakfast was good, but lacking fresh oatmeal.

Clean facilities. The hotel looks and feels new. Great proximity to things in the Highland area. We had issues with our reservation, but they were well handled by Ruben,night staff, and Grant, morning staff. Excellent customer service. Appreciate the care and service to my family.

Immaculate lobby, halls,and rooms. Friendly staff, good hot food, easy on and off highway, tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!
