Service from all staff was excellent! Every single staff to cross our path said hello, welcome, etc. Tara at front and Annette at breakfast were stand-outs!||The hotel is simple and clean, with a nice area for breakfast. Breakfast choices were abundant and always replenished quickly. Our group enjoyed using the breakfast seating area to play games at night.||Parking was easy and free. 3-stories along a busy road. Super quiet stay, and we were even next to the elevator AND multiple college hockey teams were staying and it was still quiet! Beds, pillows & bedding seemed standard Fairfield level, fine enough. Walking distance to Target, short drive to UWSP and everything else.||They do have a pool, hot tub and fitness center but pool area was under renovation so I assume soon that they will also have a lovely pool area!||Highly recommend!

Clean and spacious rooms. And the pool + hot tub was a hit with the kids. Pool could have been warmer (75F), but the hot tub was nice and toasty. Great after a day of hard skiing / snowboarding.

Excellent service with very friendly staff. Best part was the superb breakfast.

Very impressed with the yogurt and condiments. Plus they had different hot menu options on both days we were there. And the kids loved making their waffles fresh.

The fact that it was / is 100 yards away from a gas station with affordable gas made it very convenient.

04/02/25 - After a couple of decent breakfasts, back to the child "got" food. Can someone please purchase a thermometer?

03/20/25 - Omelettes were ICE COLD in the middle. Guess no one from Marriott reads these records. Sad
03/05/25 - The bagel sandwiches were t refrigerator could in the middle!! I didn't think the cook cares one bit about the breakfast. Couldn't find the cook, so I waited at the front counter, no one for 5 minutes. So I left, sad. I wonder if the managers Steven/Tara have experienced their "breakfast".

03/04/25 - Eggs still not good, but they had pork sausage!

02/25/25 - Another nice stay. Finally saw bacon on the breakfast! Unfortunately all the other complaints remain. Seems the front desk worker is the cook.

02/21/25 - The stay was great, except the hot breakfast. The food was always put out late, minimal variety, there was food missing, items were cold, and the scrambled eggs were a liquid paste. Wouldn't kill you to put real meat on either. Only vegetable or turkey sausage was offered.

This Fairfield was a great hotel! The staff was helpful and pleasant, the breakfast was better than nearly any hotel breakfast we have had, and it is really nice to have a noon checkout. We have heard of other Fairfield Inns being very good as well, so this is rapidly becoming our go-to hotel choice.

We had a wonderful stay here. Rooms very clean, beds very comfy and I love the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser in the showers. You can actually get clean compared to those bitty bottles most places provided. The breakfast was very good too. We got down to late but was a tray out with left overs bet it's better fresh but still so very good for what was left. Staff very smiley, friendly and very welcoming. It's in a great location too. You have food options, gas station and shopping literally walking distance.

We had a two night weekend reservation. Room was clean with adequate amenities. Beds were too soft for my liking. Breakfast included was okay.|Our complaint concerned housekeeping. When we returned to the room following our first night, the room had not been cleaned. Then we were told by the room clerk that the rooms are only cleaned every second day. We weren’t told this upon check-in. After complaining, we were given some fresh towels and a tiny bar of soap. The situation was not handled well, and we would not stay there again.

Very clean and quiet hotel, also well appointed. The rooms are a bit small but the important thing is this hotel was very clean. Not a speck of dust or dirt to be seen. Breakfast was also very good and hot. My only issue was trying to regulate the room temperature, it seemed to be a bit hot.
