After a very long work day, just getting in from out of town, you just want to relax. That’s exactly what I was able to do. I was able to check in via app with my mobile keycard ready. I didn’t need to stop by the front desk, but I’m glad I did. Nyssa kindly greeted me and confirmed my mobile app requests. Fresh baked warm cookies were a nice surprise as I made my way up to my room. Excellent location near the riverwalk, excellent breakfast, and even better service. Thank you again Nyssa for making my stay welcoming and enjoyable!

We’ve stayed in a few places around the convention center. Although this hotel was a tiny bit further (on the next block across from the side of the convention center) it is our new favorite! Really nice room, Staff was super friendly, free parking, complimentary breakfast, swimming pool and hot tub! We don’t usually return to hotels but this is one we will totally book each time we are in Spokane. Walking distance to a lot of things.

Absolutely excellent!! Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and general areas. Fruit and other refrigerated items available 24/7. Cookies each evening. Excellent and abundant breakfast with gluten-free options. Nice pool and hot tub. I can't say enough good about this hotel. Highly recommend staying here!!

We have made this our home away from home while visiting Spokane. The staff has always been so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Nyssa, Shannon, Brittni, Katrina and Paul have always greeted us with a smile and a welcoming attitude and an eagerness to offer any help in navigating the city. The rooms are always clean, the pool and hot tub are always inviting and the breakfast is delicious. Great location and great experience altogether!! Highly recommend!!

Went down to get continental breakfast, which my whole family enjoys. I picked out scrambled eggs, and was excited to see that there was an option for veggie sausage patties! I grabbed two, and after trying one, realized they were indeed gross. Not wanting to waste food, I took the untouched one and put it back into where it came from. I admit, I should not have done that, but I’m not a food waster! What happened next was absolutely unacceptable and the reason why I’m writing this review. I hear a voice behind me say, “Which one did you put back?!” in an angry tone. Feeling called out and a bit shocked, I complied with the person’s orders, pointing out the one I had put back and throwing it away, as they asked me to. I was shocked to find out that the person who was so rude was hotel staff!! She was the cook, which I only knew once she went back to the kitchen because of her unprofessional outfit. I should have said something then, but I have diagnosed generalized anxiety disorder, and I freeze up in those situations. However, after I got back to my room, and was left with such a bad taste in my mouth from the interaction that I couldn’t even eat my food. I decided to go down and try to talk to her like an adult, even though I’m 17 and she was definitely much older than that. I went down and politely told her that she had made me feel uncomfortable. She then responded in a passive-aggressive tone, “Aww I’m sorry I made you feel that way.” Very childish. She then told me to take it up with a manager, but all I wanted from her was an apology! I didn’t want to make it a big deal! Anyways, the hotel other than her was great, but she definitely dampened the mood for the rest of the morning, and I just want to warn others in case she is equally as rude to them.

TV in breakfast area was on Fox News… and we complained that this propaganda false network is offensive… the rude woman in charge said it is by contract they have to play this station.
We will no longer patronize Fairfield hotels because of this…

Fantastic staff, location, cleanliness and room size. Great pool and jacuzzi and excellent breakfast. Staff bent over backwards to help and they seem to work together very well. Will be back. Thank you!
