We stayed one night only - arrived late and left early, but the night manager Jennifer was AMAZING. Very warm and welcoming + very accommodating, considering our late arrival.||We usually stay at the Springhill Suites across the street from the airport, but I think we've found our new "Go To" location whenever we have to stay at the Spokane Airport.||Thank you Jennifer and the rest of the Fairfield Inn Staff. The location is great since you can walk to the airport. I was in a renovated room that was missing furniture and still smelled of construction adhesives. But the worse thing was the lack of hot water. After a very long day I just wanted a hot shower. The water was tepid at best. I checked a multiple times over a few hours and it never got past lukewarm. The staff was super friendly and I would consider staying once renovations are done, if only they knew what hot water should feel like. Crazy to pay $329.00 for a 13-hour stay and no hot water. Ridiculous!

This hotel is currently being renovated. No fitness room. No hot breakfast. Cleanliness was an issue in the bathroom and guestroom floor and desk. I had to remove lots of hair from bathtub and some from sink prior to use. I used to enjoy staying here, but that ship has sailed. Apparently, they will become a Marriott facility within the next 6 months. The one staff member I met was nice and professional.

We stayed here in September 2010.||After 15 years and no fail in rooms at Wingate by Wyndham we booked a second Wingate by Wyndham in Kamloops BC Canada 15 years later!. |||| We had booked a flight out of Spokane airport the next morning to Phoenix Arizona so we stayed here as it was close. Liked the shuttle ride to and from the airport. We are staying at our 2nd Wingate by Wyndham property on Saturday night in Kamloops BC as we are in Kamloops for a volleyball tournament this weekend (Jan 18-19 2025) and there happened to be a bigger Wingate by Wyndham there too, This Wingate by Wyndham stay this weekend in Kamloops was 3 years after another Wyndham property in Castlegar BC failed to give us a clean smoke free room as that hotel was full!||||Sorry to see that this hotel is rebranding to Fairfield by Marriott which we have stayed at a Fairfield by Marriott in Penticton BC. This was our favorite Wingate by Wyndham hotel in Spokane. |||| At Super 8 in Castlegar we were given a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. We had to stay in that room overnight as hotel was full. And were not given a discount as promised. || The 3,000 points Wyndham gave us recently expired unfortunately. This stay in Kamloops is the redo after the fail in Castlegar.

Hotel was going thru a rebranding with a remodel. Not sure if my room that I stayed in had gone thru the remodel. Room was different from previous times I’ve stayed there. Room didn’t have a sofa compared to previous times. Had a chair but wasn’t comfortable and was just awkward. Huge tv in room with desk right in front of it. Might be beneficial to rearrange furniture. Mini fridge in room did not have a freezer compartment. Couldn’t refreeze ice packs from cooler. Shower seemed updated. Had to be in shower to turn it on. Only one side of the glass shower doors moved and was not the side by the shower handle. From being in the shower and getting out, noticed that the floor was wet. Water leaked from under the glass doors. Was woken up at 1 am with people walking in the room above me.

easy access to the airport the hotel also has a shuttle so you don't need to walk with your bags. I parked my car there during my trip doing the stay and park package. clean rooms, and really great staff. the hotel is in the process of being remodeled.

This is a really cool place. There were some issues with the dates; however, the lady at the front handled the mix up very well. It was my mistake regarding the dates. This hotel is walking distance from the airport, so it is located in a convenient location. The hotel is also clean. We look forward to staying again.

I recently had a fantastic stay in Spokane. The hotel was immaculate, spacious, and stylish, with exceptionally attentive staff. The convenient location near the airport made travel a breeze. Complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the top-notch amenities, including the fitness center and game room, enhanced the experience.
