This place is just fine. Overall the rooms are really old and rundown. There's nothing special about them, the dresser has chips in it, the walls have some peeling areas, the closet door has seen better days, it's just old. The staff was amazing though they were really kind and caring. We didn't get to experience the pool or anything like that but the room had hot running water and the toilet worked so overall the place is not a bad place. It's a typical hotel it gets noisy in the hallways and we were close to the pool so the noises were loud but not ever enough to complain or anything, just be annoyed haha. I don't know if we'd stay here again maybe we'd find something closer to our destination and a little newer but we don't have any real complaints about the place.

We went to Arizona for a school trip. The majority of the team stayed at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The room we had was comfortable and had everything we needed stocked. The pool was clean. There is plenty of parking. Oh and wow what a sunrise!! I would definitely stay here with my family again.

The hotel is located conveniently and the place is clean. We came down for a youth soccer tournament. I just wish they had better beds and a fold out coach. Otherwise everything is great and the staff is friendly.

Worst hotel i have ever been to, and I travel all over. The front desk actually opened my door in the middle of the night to get ahold of me. Unacceptable. I didn't answer the phone because I didn't want to be bothered. No good. Where is my privacy they are not police officers. Never returning nor will my company. They could have made it right when I contacted them directly, yet they didn't feel it worth a phone call.

Room was clean|Front desk staff were amazing ||HOWEVER|I traveled from NC to AZ and stayed here. I booked through Priceline so I prepaid. On arrival I had to pay the $50/per night for “incidentals” and $75 pet deposit. No big deal. For my stay 9/12-9/14 I paid $180 to the hotel. I decided to extend two more days 9/14-9/16 so I had to pay another $100 for “incidentals”. I understand the $75 pet deposit is non refundable. I have a 20lb Frenchie is who fully trained. She had no accidents and caused no damage. We left the room in the same condition we found it even gathering up the trash and putting the towels in one location on the bathroom floor. There was no incident to warrant keeping my incidentals deposit. I called the hotel one time on 9/25. I was told my information would be given to the manager and I would get a call back. I did not. I called again one time on 9/26. I was asked to hold on. The call was not put on hold and I could hear someone in the background say “she keeps calling” then the call disconnected. I called one time today and was again told my information would be given to the manager and I would get a call back. Again, I did not.|Now, I will reach out to corporate.|I’ve been a Marriott Bon Voy member for a while and have never had this type of experience.

The room HVAC is a bit noisy, and the walls are very thin. The traffic sounds like it's right outside your window. However the hotel is well kept and the staff is very friendly and courteous.

Great service and response at front desk. The room was almost as expected with our regular stays at Marriotts. I would recommend a little more attention to cleanliness.

This hotel was in a perfect location (right down the highway to a mall LOL)
The service here was great. If we had an issue it was taken care of immediately. All the staff were courtesy and friendly. Would recommend here to stay if you're in this area.
