For the price it’s good. The location is convenient if you are traveling into LA which we were. It’s currently brand new pretty much so it’s very clean. The front doors are always locked due to a homeless issue in the area but that seems to be an issue every where these days. So it’s secure and safe since the door is always locked. The two bed room is good for a family but small. We only got the room for one night. It’s certainly small and I wouldn’t want to stay longer since it’s tiny. The tv is big and the beds are super comfy. The bathroom is large and clean. The bathroom door hits the hallway nearly and because it’s so cramped you can’t open the bathroom door and door to the hallway at the same time. Staff is friendly and again every thing is clean. Small fridge, microwave, and coffee - free simple breakfast, small outdoor pool n hot tub.

Everything starting going wrong from since the beginning. We booked the most expensive room and we requested to check in we talked with Jules in the front desk who was extremely rude and racist. She made some comments that made us felt extremely uncomfortable. Then we went to the room that the shower was horrible , the floor got extremely wet after we took a shower maybe because they gave us a handicap room and didn't had a appropriate shower. We never slept so bad. We had like 3 hours of sleep. It was extremely noise the room from 2:30 to 6am . The room next door was making a lot of noises and also we could hear everything , talks , the door closing and opening. The isolation of the rooms are not good. After we traveled we only wanted to take a good shower and have a good night of sleep. Also the jacuzzi was not working and the breakfast is horrible. Never coming back to this hotel. 0 starts for them! Its a waste of money it doesn't worth it the $200.

The last 2 stays I’ve had here have not been the best experience. The previous visit the hotel did not have water and there was no way for them to accommodate so you just had to shower with cold water. I decided to give them another shot and it was even worst. The room smelled like a dirty locker room and the sheets were not fresh as they also had the same odor. I ask for new sheet or to switch rooms and they said they didn’t have room service at the moment and they were sold out. There was nothing they could do. The next morning I requested to have the sheets changes and the room cleaned they said yes. I came back to my room well after 5pm and they did nothing I had to go complain again and it still took them another hour to send someone. This is the last time I use this hotel. The service and cleanliness here is horrible.

Rooms are a tad cramped, the entryway has two doors at the same spot that hit each other making it a tight squeeze when bringing your luggage in. The overall room was nice and clean, water pressure is horrible though. Building is new and is by all that you need. What isn’t ok is that when the hotel had sent an email asking for honest feedback on my stay, even though I gave a nice review and mentioned a few things during our stay, they sent a snarky email back. We won’t be staying here again and will tell others to find someplace else as well.

We were having issues with our water and had to stay here for about a month, and it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at!! First off, I want to praise the management and staff! Every single person I interacted with was wonderful! They went ubove and beyond on accommodations and service! If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The rooms were spacious and clean. There's a washing machine for guests to use, and they also have breakfast in the mornings. Anytime I needed anything, they were more than happy to accommodate. They have a great little snack area with some great options to choose from. The hotel itself is located near the mall, which is great if you're looking for something to do! If you're looking for a hotel to stay at in Palmdale, please give this one a try!

We have a family tradition of coming to the Palmdale area for a family reunion on a yearly bases and have stayed at this property once before. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I have never experienced a upcharge or fee for early check in. $50 fee to utilize my member benefit of "your/24" is a ridiculous policy to enforce on your most loyal members. I would be understanding if the room was not available, but when you have rooms ready due to low occupancy, come on! My family and I will never utilize this property in the future and suggest others beware of their policy that is not listed anywhere on the Marriott site. To top it off, they ask you to sign a document stating that you agree to the $50 fee for early check in or late check out. NEVER AGAIN, FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES PALMDALE WEST!

1) Hotel is very clean,
2) unfortunately very bad customer service.
3) Breakfast, very bad, trays are empty when they should be full, because it is between 7am/10am.
4) I ask for towels, They said that they are doing laundry and i will have to wait. I said as a customer I should not have to wait.

The facility as a whole is nice enough but the breakfast is pretty lame. Another important aspect for a hotel in my opinion is a good shower and welcoming front desk. The shower...its a shame because the bathroom and shower itself are nice but they used cheap showerheads with weak water pressure. Every optional adjustment on the shower head leaves you wishing for more. If that's not an annoying enough way to start or end your day, I could only get luke warm water the first morning. Nothing like a luke warm shower with drizzly sprinkles. The rooms don't get cleaned well either. I happened to drop my key by the couch and couldn't help but see all the debris under it when picking it up. Another annoyance, the main entrance also requires a key to enter. So after you've checked out or when you first arrive, if a staff member isn't sitting at the front counter to buzz you in your left looking in hopefully. All in all, the facility is nice but the overall hotel experience was lame.
