Probably the worst stay I've had at a Marriott property to this point. Shower wasn't clean when we checked in and there was hair everywhere (walls of shower and tub itself). Shower didn't drain so we were constantly standing in our dirty water. Staff came and removed all the towels from the room in the morning while eating breakfast and didn't replace the towels. In addition to the shower not draining, the bodywash wasn't refilled. Addressed everything with the staff at 10am on the Saturday of my stay and was assured it would be taken care of. By 4:15pm when we returned to the room to get ready for the night, the room hadn't been cleaned, shower still didn't drain, and still had no towels. When housekeeping dropped the towels off and asked to come back in an hour to clean, we were told "We will see, I'm trying to go home" by the housekeeper. Since the stay I've reached out to Melissa the property manager and Shannon the assistant manager and neither has taken initiative at all to address the issues with me other than a single call that I wasn't able to answer because I was at work. I did call back at my earliest convenience but had to leave a voicemail because neither were available. No response since then, not even a response to the email I sent. I've had to escalate this to corporate at this point so I'm hoping they will at least care enough to try and salvage a customer. Wouldn't recommend staying here or the Courtyard next door because they Melissa and Shannon manage both properties since they're owned by the same people. Location is great but I would suggest taking your business somewhere else.

This is one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever had from the comfortable bed to the terrific breakfast !, here or abroad. From the front desk “Riley “, being so kind and friendly to the housekeeping staff being friendly and doing such a fantastic job keeping the hotel in superb condition . Shall I go on.. the manager even came out at breakfast and greeted each guest. It made staying there such a good and positive experience.

With our gold status, we were upgraded to a suite. What a nice Marriott quality room. It did lack a wet bar though, but we loved all the couches and the extra tv. Beds were very nice. We loved the indoor pool and hut tub. We’ve been to so many places that didn’t have a hot tub—or it was out of service. Breakfast was average. No waffles but the oatmeal had lots of accoutrements. Made me happier than my wife, but I’m writing the review! The cheerfulness and helpfulness of the staff made it five stars.

I am visiting family whose home is full with a large family. I am a disabled senior with a rollator and on oxygen. I found the outdoor seating area very stuffy surrounded by a black wall with little view of the outside.||I chose to sit outside on the curb and fell asleep as I am healing from a serious illness. The staff, including the receptionist, awakened me. She did not talk me to get details. ||Despite having met her a week ago on the trip up and despite her having met my nephew in-law, she did not talk with me or request my nephew’s telephone number. Instead she called the police.

We've always enjoyed Fairfield Inns, really expected more at this one especially considering the price we paid. Obviously an older hotel, but I thought in kind of rough shape. The carpets through out had stains everywhere. Our room smelled like wet dog. The head of our bed seemed lower than the foot of the bed. Rooms were extremely small. Breakfast the next morning was fine. Will not be staying here again however.

The hotel is perfectly located in my opinion. It's right off I-10 and within very close proximity to dining, shopping and entertainment. The room is what youvwoukd expect from a Marriott brand. What more could you want?

Good location close to the Interstate and shops. The front desk staff were professional. Breakfast was good. The bathroom was a little dated and had scuff marks on the floor and tub. The AC unit ran noisily all night.

The front desk concierge Mrs. Martina was exceptionally personable and very welcoming! Even while dealing with adversity such as the Wi-Fi being out and not being able to access the computer, she did an excellent job. She was very informative. I now know just how few ice cubes I will get my drink while visiting Deutschland.
