Front desk attendant was fast and nice!!! However, elevators and floors were dirty and required more cleaning. Room was clean and as advertised. Breakfast was adequate. No dogs allowed. Within walking distance to Goodwill, and food. Quiet and off the highway. Convienent location

Rooms are nice, staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is actually quite good. The pool is a tad on the neglected side. The grounds are a bit sad looking, even taking the season into consideration. That being said, the pool is usable and the hot tub is hot.

Stayed here for a night due to a nearby event. Front desk staff were always pleasant, even before our stay. We are planning to return to Fairmont but upon discussing our breakfast experience, we will be staying elsewhere next month.||Breakfast here is until 10am. At 9:15, breakfast staff started clearing up, not saying anything to us about breakfast being done. Everyone in our party asked each other and checked the time. By 9:20, the food signs were removed, trash bins emptied. Breakfast lady said nothing nor did she even return our smiles. She went out to smoke with a couple of housekeepers, who also couldn’t be bothered to smile and respond to good morning. We decided to just get our food and eat in the room as all that clearing up happening before 9:30 was getting too stressful. There were a couple other tables just starting their breakfast and we bumped into them again in the elevator, before checkout. We had a quick exchange about how strange and stressful breakfast was. We are Marriott Bonvoy members and this was definitely not their standard kind of service. At other properties, breakfast staff are no different than those greeting you at checkout, with their hospitality. They also usually give heDs up to their guests before they clear up, to make sure their guests are able to grab more food, should they want to, before things are put away.||As for the accommodations.. We had a king suite and although it’s smaller than other hotel suites, the rooms were kept clean. The sheets and towels were fresh and smelt nice. We also appreciated the strong, working bathroom vent! Unfortunately, this was a one and done stay for us here. No one wants to start their travel day with indigestion when having buffet breakfast an hour before their supposed closing.

My husband and I were expecting to have a relaxing weekend together. We checked and double checked about the pool and hot tub. That was a deal breaker if they weren’t operating. We had canceled with another hotel because of that. The jets weren’t working in the hot tub. The water is kind brown and murky. No filters working in the pool as well. A door going outside is about an inch from the bottom to allow cold air and debris to come in. Literally there were leaves and who knows what else. My husband went to the front desk and they said they had no idea because nobody had reported anything. Seriously Aren’t they supposed to check that stuff on a daily basis. There was also no smell of chlorine.

Very nice and clean hotel! Friendly and helpful staff and a nice free breakfast bar in the morning! Also has a pool and hot rub which was clean as well! Had a good stay!

I was truly skeptical of booking this hotel for it was so inexpensive and in an area that is a stop over for those traveling south or returning home from the south. Going down we stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson for $40 more than the Fairfield and the Country Inn & Suites was a dump. I booked the Fairfield Inn & Suites anyway thinking it’s only for an overnight and it was cheaper. ||Boy was I surprised. The moment we walked in, it was welcoming and clean. We were given a suite which we didn’t ask or pay for and it too was clean and inviting. The living area had a television and so did the bedroom. There were plenty of amenities in the room and the lighting wasn’t stark bright. It had a good ambiance.||Breakfast the next morning was very good with plenty of choices. I must mention the hotel also had a very friendly staff.

Clean and comfortable. The desk staff was polite and engaged when checking in. Check out was another issue couldn't find the desk clerk until I went outside and he was out there set up in a lawn chair chain smoking. The hotel needs a remodel and update. Everything is old, worn, and thread bare from the lobby, the elevator, hallways, and the rooms. Not the easiest place to find off the highway. The lighting isn't the best and the hotel is tucked away.
