Well besides finding a dead cockroach in the Keurig it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious. The vibes were good, besides the parents getting drunk and carrying on in the halls and waking people up. But that’s not the hotels fault. Rooms were clean lobby was clean, oh also you can swim at the hotel that’s walking distance with your key card for Fairfield so bring a swim suit. The pool was super nice.

I am a Marriott Platinum Elite member and have stayed at this property several times while traveling for work. The hotel is clean and the Olive Tree Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants that is across from the hotel. I would highly recommend this property and their staff. I accidently left my suit behind and Melissa from the front desk was extremely helpful in locating it for me and providing options to get it back to me. I continue to be impressed by the Fairfield Inn & Suites Charleston.

The hotel has been remodeled nicely and is clean. Service was very good. Breakfast was typical Fairfield, which is OK. The location is convenient right off the highway and near a very good Mexican restaurant. Room was comfortable. We would stay again.

Positive: We liked the lobby area and bed was comfortable. All staff members were super friendly and nice too! Negative: Bathroom needs to be updated and cleaned better, an exhaust fan would be good too. I really dislike the sliding bathroom door. Breakfast could be better too.

This was a gem on our long road trip with 2 young kids and a dog. Way better than our stay at another popular hotel chain.
The rooms are clean, stylish, and comfortable. The breakfast had lots of options and was delicious!
There is a Mediterranean restaurant across the street (we didn’t get to go because it’s closed on Sundays), a playground within walking distance, and a Starbucks with a drive thru about a mile away. We’ll be stopping here again.

Great place to rest. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Luna is particularly important to the company. She is always looking out for your comfort.

The property is clean and comfortable. If you are traveling with a pet it has great areas to walk them and we were put in a room with easy access to going out. Breakfast was good too.
