The only and I mean one and only good thing about this hotel is the location. As a local business owner I struggled even rating beyond a 1 star for location. However it's actually place very well with fast food option and dine in restaurant options next door. As for staff in all of my 20 years in the hospitality business I've never met more judgemental, better than others employees than I did at this location and hotel. I didn't feel welcome at all and I felt honestly like a nuisance the entire stay also the dryers didn't work I spent 10 dollars trying to dry one load and the rude judgemental customer service front desk employee offered no help. I travel about 6 times a month for my business and I'd rather camp in a tent in the snow than ever stay at this unwelcoming hote6 andl. Super sad. This doesn't change my on marriot hotels they still remain my favorite hotel chain I just will not vouch for this location.

Nobody was using the pool, perhaps because at first glance the water looked like it can be cleaner. Not so inviting.
Beds have seen their better days. They offer no support at all.
Wifi doesn't work at the 1st and 3rd floors and likely the entire hotel. Tech support didn't resolve the problem throughout our stay so we missed our online meeting.
We requested for lotion and such using the app but nothing was provided.
The 1st floor room offered to us smelled like a real pet room and the airconditioning was clunky.
The oatmeal was inside a PLASTIC BAG in the usual pot. So plastic is mixed with your freshly cooked oatmeal! This helps the dish washing staff but makes the oatmeal unfit for consumption!
The only * goes to the cheerful front desk and housekeeping staff for trying to resolve our problems and for giving us a clean room.
We stay with Marriott for a nice time and not to write negative feedback.
Just threw away thousands of points for a forgettable stay.
Totally Not up to Marriott standards. Please be advised.

Service was great and a wonderful breakfast. Some of the best options. Clean rooms and the perfect stop on the way to Canada. Restaurant options close by with easy I-5 access. The check in was smooth and professional, the staff was knowledgeable about the area and was able to direct us to fun things to do.

Rooms are small, ugly and plain. Stink like mold. Front desk DEI hire couldnt even put a room number on the key book. Elevator was broke. I guess democrats + drugs = marriott

We got in VERY early, and the front desk processed us quickly. She was polite and professional. Lots of parking. The hotel is in a great location just north of the town. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was a touch soft but still provided a great sleep. The 24-hour access gym is clean and the equipment was in working order, although the free weights were limited and only go to 25lbs. The breakfast was great and nice to start the day with a hot meal. All of the employees I interacted with were friendly, polite and helpful. Check out was just dropping off the access card and back on the road with the room bill being emailed to me. I will visit the next time again, when in the area. The app worked great other than I don't use the key.

Just stayed here with the kids and we had a great time. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, the room was handicap accessible as promised, plenty of space to move a wheelchair around in the room and bathroom. The pool was warm and plenty of towels were available. The breakfast was surprisingly awesome for a hotel with plenty of high protein options and a waffle maker for the kids. There were a lot of patrons but the staff was hustling to keep it well stocked including coffee. Also the location is ideal, next to the highway but also rural: we could see fields out of our window and the area felt safe.

Wonderful Marriott brand hotel with a highly convenient location for exploring Pacific Northwest Islands and National Park / Ross Lake. Updated, clean rooms with excellent water pressure in shower. Great breakfast selection, complimentary. Nearby restaurants, shopping, Costco, groceries, coffee, coffee and more coffee. Welcoming reception team and appreciate them honoring our suite night award upgrade request for both rooms! The suite offers a living area with sofa and 2nd TV! Highly recommend!
