I enjoyed my stay here while visiting my in-laws. Everything was to my liking. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly. There was one thing though. The bathroom lights were dim. I called the front desk a man told me he would send someone up to change the lightbulbs and he never came. Other than that everything was fine.

This was one of the worst customer experiences ever. To start, when I arrived at 11pm at night, the front desk was blasting music for the whole first floor to hear. It was so loud I could barely even hear the lady at the counter. Secondly, they were in the midst of changing out curtains in the hotel and had hundreds of curtains littering the hallways. It looked like a construction site. Lastly, I ended up cutting my trip short due to an emergency back home. When I tried to get a copy of my bill at my check out, I encountered the rudest women ever. She refused to check me out or provide me a bill and even threatened to call the cops on me when I asked for a manager. The only thing pleasant about this hotel was the nice lady who worked in the breakfast area each morning. I will never stay here again and neither should anyone else.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was so clean that I could smell the freshly used cleaning products. (That is HUGE to me, even more now that we've lived through Covid.) I loved how caring and patient the front desk staff was especially when I was very nervous about the storms. This was my first trip to A**ore but, if I come down again, this is where I will stay.

Great hotel stay! I typically don't stay in Atmore overnight but the timing with my trip worked and I stayed at the Fairfield. Nice hotel, clean, comfy, and a great breakfast in the morning! I would definitely stay again. It's a bit tricky to find the entrance, go and turn across from the Hampton/McDonalds and there is a road that leads to the parking lot.

Had to change rooms after 1st night because the ac sounded like it was going to come out of the wall. Shentral was friendly and accommodating. Changed rooms and the next 2 days were good until I checked out. Needed to wait on my ride for about 30 mins and after staying there for 3 days they told me I had to wait outside. Will not be staying there again!

Positive: The best breakfast! The best customer service everrrr. Negative: Make sure all the beds Comforter and Sheets needed to be cleaned/sterilize with "Bleach" at all times!!! When staying at a hotel!

I primarily use this location for when I am working in Perdue Hill nearby. Not much around food-wise other than fast food and the casino, but still better than the options in Perdue Hill. Great service, clean rooms, and a nice area to walk around and relax outside if the weather permits. Will continue to stay here whenever I am in town.
