This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Marriott property. The one pro was the woman at reception. She was accommodating as she could but the hotel itself is atrocious. The first room I was in had a light ripped out of the wall, stains on the carpet, and the water wouldn’t drain in the shower. The second room wasn’t as bad except that not all of the garbage was picked up and the bathroom counter wasn’t clean. I would rather sleep in my own car then ever step foot on this property again.

Came to Kennewick for a work trip and stayed here because I like this area, it's close to the office, and there's a lot within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, the tv could connect to Netflix, and the front desk staff was nice. That being said, a big reason I stayed here was because it had a hot tub and exercise. Well, the hot tub was out of service the entire time I was there and well, their exercise room left a lot to be desired. The exercise room was a treadmill, 2 bikes, and an elliptical, all of which were broken with only the treadmill working, and a rack of hand weights. Nothing else. No benches, no mats, no exercise balls, no towels. Nothing. I feel like if you are going to say that you have an exercise room then you should make sure that you have the appropriate equipment and that everything is in working condition. Having a bunch of broken, barely functioning aerobic machines do not count as having an exercise room.

Room was advertised as having a microwave. There was not one. Took almost an hour to check because the desk girl didn’t know what she was doing. Then the manager and staff harassed us about the 12pm checkout time around 11am when our key card stopped working. “It’s the hotel policy” we were told. To turn off the keys of guests an hour BEFORE checkout. Completely insane.

Rude, condescending, bratty entitled staff combined with a dated motif is this hotels modus operandi.
They even called the police on me and my elderly mother as we were leaving at noon, not sure for what but they did! Idiots. 🙄

Our room was $200+ and no comfortable chair to sit in (other than a desk chair), although the room was clearly planned for two reading/relaxing chairs. When we inquired the front desk said their policy was no chairs for our particular room. We asked if they might have a chair or two brought in was a curt “no”. When we asked to talk with the manager, we were told no managerial staff would be in until Monday ( it was Saturday). When we asked if there was a management person we might call we were told managers do not take calls on the weekend. While the front desk person was courteous, all of her answers were short, and sounded canned, and insincere. There was not a comfortable chair to read/relax in anywhere. Not even in the lobby. The hot tub was out of service. We booked a two day stay but left early the first day. No refund was offered or allowed. We left a business card with the front desk person and asked to have the manager call when he/she came in on Monday. No call was ever received. We will be back. Room was clean, but I would expect more for the price.

Fairfield Inns are nice but are generally budget hotels. This hotel was nice, had friendly staff, and was clean. It was quiet the week I was there, but it didn't seem to be very busy. Someone at the front desk provided me with a great dinner suggestion. It was overall a good experience. There were several fast food and sit-down restaurants within a 10-minute walk or a very short car ride. There were only two areas that could be improved. The breakfast wasn't good. The eggs dissolved in your mouth without chewing and I don't think you should call what was served bacon. There was a limited selection of bagels and muffins, and there were only a few in the case at 7:30am each day. I went to run on the treadmill and noticed that two of the workout machines were broken.||I would stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our salsa congress. Velissa (sp?) went out her way to make check-in as pleasurable as possible. The manager Alivia was super friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy exactly what was expected. The gym was clean. The breakfast had more options than expected overall it was a great stay.

I was in town visiting clients. The staff were very nice and answered all my questions. This hotel is very clean, safe, and well kept.
