I had the pleasure of staying at the Fairfield Inn Riverview for 37 nights, and the entire experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and at home.

The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, and the amenities made my extended stay very convenient. What really stood out, though, was the service. The team here truly cares about their guests.

A special mention goes to Dorothy Hanak and Larissa Nery de Aragao from the sales team, who consistently made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made all the difference and turned a long trip into a truly enjoyable one.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for a short trip or an extended stay. Exceptional service, great staff, and a welcoming atmosphere — I’ll definitely be back!

I usually stay at a different Fairfield when I'm in the area but they were crazy expensive for some reason so I went here.

It was just average. The staff was absolutely super nice. Very pleasant.

But the building was ready for a refresh. The AC was just average. But my toilet was running most of the night and the coffee machine was stupidly temperamental.

The wallpaper in the hallway had plenty of wear trails from the housekeeping carts.

The building and my room were comfortable and clean which is the most important thing.

And there are a ton of nearby places to grab a bite with a bunch across the parking lot.

So it's clean and convenient. It's just ready for midlife refresh.

We stayed at this Fairfield in late October, 2025 while attending a weekend church meeting at a church located 20 minutes east.
Service:
Anselle Joe provided us with excellent check-in and check-out, and helped as needed in between.
He is definitely customer service oriented!
The rooms were clean, the breakfasts good with decent variety (good job done by the cook!).
I'd recommend this Fairfield to anyone needing to stay in this area.

Pricing is too high. Location is somewhat exclusive because there are a limited number of choices in the area. Frankly, everyone that works here was attentive and very engaging. Marriott is pricing this Fairfield like that gas station nearby any airport rental car return. Gouging because the consumer has less choices just isn't right on a few levels.

Love this Marriott property! Convenient for visiting family in the area. New property so everything is still in perfect condition. Lives up to the brand’s usual quality. Joe at the front desk was wonderful! So helpful and friendly! Great customer service! We will definitely be staying here again.

I have two things to say:

1. I had a wonderful check in experience, every interaction with the staff was 10/10. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the property was well maintained. The hotel ownership should be proud of the staff they’ve hired and the quality of the property.

2. I had the craziest thing that has ever happened in a hotel stay happen: The water pipe above my room broke and my room flooded. Crazy, but the staff handled it well and the property took care of me.

I can fully endorse this hotel and say that I would stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel many weeks for business. I like staying at this hotel as it is convenient to shopping and restaurants. My only complaint is that I usually check in on Sunday afternoons and the girl who checks me in is super unfriendly. She never greets me and is very cold. The other people who work at the front desk during the week are very friendly. And whoever checks me in the morning is always so friendly and ask how I am, etc. The girl on Sunday needs to act like she likes her customers and her job. I almost hate checking in.

The entire property was well maintained and beautiful. Our room was spacious and well laid-out. The accessible bathroom was also well thought out in design. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and the fresh lemonade and cookies available in the lobby throughout the day.
