Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs!

This hotel is a complete disaster. Fairfield Inn & Suites Riverside Corona/Norco should be ashamed of how they treat guests. Sergio at the front desk is rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. They messed up my reservation, refused to give me a room, and wasted my time. Sergio told me that if I could prove my booking, he would “accommodate me.” After I went through the trouble of showing him the confirmation, he brushed me off and said the hotel was sold out. Unbelievable.

This is the worst kind of customer service—dishonest, careless, and disrespectful. I will never stay here again and strongly recommend everyone else avoid this hotel. They clearly don’t care about their guests or keeping their word. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere that actually values your time and money.

If you want a quiet hotel go else where. The walls in the rooms are paper thin and you can hear everything in the room around you. This includes the rooms across the hall from you. Since this hotel caters to kids sports teams and the sports park down the street. There are lots of kids running and yelling in the hallways. As I write this review, it’s 11:45pm on a Friday night I can hear the TV’s from the rooms on both sides and a family conversation about what they have planned for tomorrow. Also, the windows are not very good and you can hear the street traffic as if you were sleeping outside in the parking lot. Thank goodness I only booked one night. I may have to stay in town another night but it will not be at this hotel.

Nobody greets you when you walk in (not one hello during our 4 night stay). Water was empty every time we tried to get water. The hallways on 2nd floor have no air. It’s warm and smells like trash. Rooms were descent, not much space for clothes. Two drawers, no suitcase rack, with 3 of us, it was tight for 3 carryon sized suitcases. Location was convenient for where we were visiting, otherwise not a great hotel.

We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time we are in the area.
They are very accommodating and supportive of my needs as a handicapped person. When there is a problem they are open to feedback and do not take offense to suggestions for improvement and always try to make things right if possible. I definitely recommend this hotel.

As a lifetime titanium delete member with over 2,500 nights with Marriott this was one of the nicest Fairfield’s I have ever stayed at. The recent remodel made the place look brand new! Staff is great and the place is super clean and especially like the no pets rule unless a qualified service animal.

I'm out here for work, and my commute is very long. I'm on nights and I decided to book a room here. McKenna was working the front desk. Let me tell you how amazing she was! She checked me in super fast, and made sure I was good and needed anything. Every time I came down stairs or left to get food, coffee anything she greeted me. She is so hospitable! I woke up this morning and came downstairs and of course she greeted me with a smile super friendly, I asked her what time my check out was she handed me a new key and told me I had a later check out "she knew I didn't need to be at work till late afternoon and work until 5am". So I got to sleep all day until I had to leave for work today.. she is seriously your star employee!
Now the room it was perfect , the fridge was cold so I can keep my water cold. The bed was amazing so soft. I slept so good.! You guys have blackout curtains, which is amazing not a lot of hotels have those, so I was able to sleep in the daylight with no issue! Also has free movies, so many choices on one of the apps installed on the tv! I am beyond happy with my stay here! The lobby is spotless. The room was spotless. Everything was so clean and smelled good.! Not like a normal hotel. This Will be my new place to stay when I have a long work week and I don't want to commute!
