I seldom leave reviews, but this experience requires one. I checked out of room 102 after staying for a week and a few days. Two days prior to checking out, I had what I thought to be mosquito bites pop up on my body. Fast forward to the next day, I wake up and find a bed bug crawling on me and a multitude of new bites. My dog was bit as well. I spoke to the woman working the front desk and asked if I could move rooms for the night, until I could check out the next day. I was told all rooms were booked for the night and I would have to stay in the room with a bed bug issue. The only remedy I was offered was the code to use the laundry machines for free. While in the process of sealing my belongings in industrial trash bags and stripping the bed, I found another bed bug crawling along the mattress, the same mattress I was expected to sleep on for another night. Save your money because youโ€™re going to end up paying a lot more than you bargained for.

I've stayed in many places but this one is by far the best experience I have had. Any staff I have interacted with have all been super great, super shout outs to Chris and the manager John! Everyone has been very polite, helpful, and made the stay easy peasy. The rooms are super clean and set up pretty well! As previously mentioned staff is very helpful so service is great. I do like the location as it's right off the exit, no having to drive far off to get to sleep! ๐Ÿฅน 10/10 would recommend, only if you are respectful though.

We stayed here while apartment hunting and this was perfect! We were able to cook regular meals daily, and having a full-size fridge was very nice. The location was perfect for commuting to work and offered easy access to 405/5/167. Rates were comparable, normally lower, than other similar properties in the same area. Recommend for any future stay.

Myself and my fiance chose this location for a longer term stay as we needed a place quick after our last lease was up sooner than expected. We were pleasantly surprised by having a decent size studio with a kitchen in our room. Free wifi has been nice, fast enough that I can game on it. The staff has all been really great. Chris and John are always super pleasant and are a great start to every morning and have always been there for anything we've needed. The night staff is always on point too. Been here a couple months so far and have had no issues only positives. I recommend this location very much so.

I enjoy my stay here. Staff is awesome very welcoming & family friendly. The best part is Iโ€™m one to ask a million question staying places a they never made me feel a burden. I will most definitely come back for not only the stay but the staffs hospitality. If I could give more stars I would.

This hotel is unusually disruptive with all the noise, constant banging, slamming doors, during all hours of the day and night. I'll take my money elsewhere.

The wifi is horrible, only works in the bathroom, and you have to pay per hour.

No security on-site
No daily housekeeper
No hair dryer
No coffeemaker
No view
No pool. No sauna/hot tub. No fitness room.

The laundry room is locked out early. If you pay and don't start within seconds, you have to pay again.

Also, their machines obviously don't ever get cleaned. Dirty water all over floor. Don't even bother using because it ruined my clothes.

One of the male lobby employees knocked on the room door, requesting to come in to check on a leak complaint from a room upstairs, and then came back on another day with another male employee asking to come in because of another leak complaint from downstairs. I almost didn't hear these guys while I was getting ready for work and about to take a shower.

It seemed like they were just letting themselves in. If there was a leak, I would have already told them to have it fixed.

There's 2 locks, but the frame is so faulty, the second lock is useless.

One of the male lobby employees makes remarks, like, "you should let me take you out," "someone as pretty as you shouldn't be working," or "I'll take you shopping. I bet you look good in anything."

It figures that the only female who works here is always on the phone, which sounds personal, and she doesn't acknowledge every customer, only doing absolutely minimum, after being told more than once.

Despite the cons of staying here, it wouldn't be so bad if there weren't the unprofessional employees being so crude and rude.

This place is highly against recommendation. Unless we, the people, are suddenly liking unkempt living areas and unwanted forwardness, along with a major lack of peace- all for $900/week.

The staff is amazing! Everyone is really friendly and helpful. The location is prime real estate for retail therapy patients, foodies and anyone wanting to be close enough to Seattle for its charms but not having to stay in the actual city. The rooms are spacious and clean with some looking newly renovated and some outdated. Either way, itโ€™s a cozy, safe place, and it doesnโ€™t get noisy. The rates are outstanding and checking in is a breeze. They also make it painless to extend your stay.

This has been a convenient and comfortable environment for my family during my work trip.

The room is cozy, and spacious. The kitchen, island, closet, and dresser give plenty of room to settle in.

Over the two months we've been here, the staff have consistently shown themselves to be friendly, professional, and accommodating.

With I-5 close by, it's a quick trip into Seattle too. There's also close access to a large shopping center, entertainment venues, playgrounds, the Family Fun Center, and some delicious restaurants!

Do recommend!
