We checked in with a gentleman with a cast on his broken arm who gave us a single room key for both of us. I only mention this because at 3:30 in the morning, a woman by the name of Angela tried to bust into our room without knocking, agressively demanding that we both step outside our room to show her our IDs, claiming that no one checked in for this room and that there was no reservation. First of all, how did she know we were in there if she thought the room was vacant? Secondly, is this normal practice to enter rooms without knocking? Thirdly, how could we have gotten into the room without a key? Is there a serious security risk at this location where people are randomly getting into rooms somehow? Absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, no one should ever start by walking into my room unannounced to settle a discrepancy like this; why was the phone not utilized first? I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and never have I ever experienced this level of unsafe and unprofessional "security." This woman first opened the door, and the latch lock thankfully stopped her from opening it. Then she attempted to open the door a second and third time while demanding us to step outside and show her our IDs. This type of thing could get someone seriously injured, especially with a PTSD population; I would be very careful to continue running a business in this fashion. We will never stay here or with this chain ever again. Totally unacceptable.

A big lady tried busting into my room at 3am claiming I never rented the room I was in and refusing to identify herself other than saying Angela over and over. She threatened to call the police, which I encouraged her to do. Turns out I wasn't the first person this has happened to. DO NOT STAY HERE, they are up to some sinister stuff here. I'm filing a charge back immediately

I stayed for one week. They had absolutely no amenities for the guest in the room. The first room I had the bed kept sliding all over the floor so I moved and was charged $75. The second room was much better but it had absolutely nothing in it. No ice buckets or cups. No shampoo conditioner. No coffee pot. Everyday we had to go down for new towels because they don't do housekeeping. Had to wait hours because they didn't have any clean towels or sheets. They had a laundry facility on site that use quarters but they didn't have a change machine. They couldn't give you change at the front desk. So that was a big inconvenience. Went down for breakfast. We got a granola bar and was offered coffee but was no coffee at the time. It was nice to have a kitchen. That was the only thing nice, And he room was clean. Just strange that they had absolutely nothing for the guest in the rooms. And if we wanted something we have to keep going down to get it. They do not bring anything to you and my phone didn't work in the room. The only thing that we were offered in our room was a roll of toilet paper and what bar of. Will not be staying here again

If I could I would not give any stars. The location is good but the hotel is very dirty. Smells cigarette and weed, and just a funky smell most of the time. They constantly put papers saying for you to keep the room clean, but they don't clean the halls or stairs. We bought pillows, because their pillows were old, paper thin, used.
Workers: One lady name Alyssa, was very helpful and always assisted with everything and actually worked. There was another young lady, petite she was always willing to help as well. The two guys, nothing you asked was done or could be done. We were at this facility for a job in Roseville, and for the whole time the phone in the room never worked. We asked the two guys, and they never asked the maintance to change the phone. Nothing you asked them could be done. If you forgot the key and the main door was shut, they would look at you and say throught the glass door, use your keys. lol. They always put a sign on the counter saying they were busy. I saw a woman complaining and really mad for the lack of service. We had a older woman worker from the hotel, tall big built, that tried to come in our room in at 3 am, without knocking. Scared us to death.
The breakfast is a joke and somedays, they would not have anything but coffee. Chairs in the room were old, and plain filthy. There are homeless walking around all the time, not that safe.
Halls and rooms are very noisy.
We asked the guy that was cleaning the room by us to borrow his mop. After we used the mop, we had to go to walmart and buy a swift mop, because the floor stunk. He used the mop in all the rooms. Really nasty.
The internet, was slow, we constantly had to call customer service to fix the Wifi.
Dishes in the kitichen are dollartree quality.
DON'T bother to stay here, it is not good.

If I could given negative stars I would! No hot water. Blood stains on mattress cover. Stains on mattress. Slow sink drain. Tape on ceiling cover something strange. Manager never bothered to call after several requests.

Canโ€™t say enough good things about this hotel! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel public areas such as the lobby, laundry room and trash room are all kept amazingly clean! The kitchenette and desk area are big and the cable w the room is awesome - free Showtime!

I arrived somewhat earlier than check in time. Steve was on duty. His reception was warm and welcoming. I felt valued as a quest He represents the best in your organization and should receive the recognition he deserves.
