Positive: It was pretty clean and very comfy. We were able to have a coffee machine and coffee in our room. The muffins were good in the morning. Negative: The room smelled like animal pee. Likely cat. Perhaps a cat that sprayed. We have allergies. We were alarmed by big dogs barking in the hallway and scratching on our door or close by, we were not yet sleeping

I am talking from my experience. This is my second month staying at this property after trying several other brands which were awful at so many levels. this property for its category and price range it is the best. First of all is not by the highway so you don't really hear the traffic and also when you enter the place is so clean and well run strikes you right away. The hallways are not smelly like other places. the room is a decent size with a kitchenette, microwave, and full fridge. The manager Maria. she is truly amazing. She has been nothing but helpful and nice to me. It feels like home. Mireya and Daniil also always looking out for me. I definitely recommend it, especially if you're staying long.

Everyone working for the hotel deserves a raise. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. All of the staff are friendly, kind, and helpful. Melissa Wood at the front desk was especially kind. We exchanged recovery stories and it made a big difference in my own path in life. Best stay I have ever had in a hotel with genuine, kind, and gentle people. Pet’s should remain as allowed in the building. Pet’s are a human beings best friend.

Great location, easy freeway access. The hotel is quiet. The parking lot is well lit. Restaurants and stores all nearby for convenience.

The staff is great overall. Melissa, Logan, Tara and Morissa are wonderful people.

It was a nice room with a kitchenette in it. A small refrigerator. I stayed in a handicapped accessible room for an extended stay while I was in the area. It's quiet. The staff there is amazing. I would stay there a day if I needed to. Definitely not for the views but for the comforts of home on a budget.

Service? It depends on who's at the front desk. A couple of the people were very pleasant but the others were very unprofessional. Leaving much to be desired.

This hotel is more of a dog hotel. Each and every room has had a dog in it and on the beds. I never knew what would coming out of the elevator. From the small dog to the massive pitbull. Also people smoke in this hotel. It comes through the heaters and vents. If that wasn't bad enough I would be awakened to very noisy guests above and next door. Seriously, it was truly unbelievable.

Will never stay at this location again. My first time and the last.

Waited 15 minutes at the counter for a man to finally come in and check me in. Asked me if I had any pets I said I had 2 dogs. Proceeded to tell me I owed $111. I said for what? I already paid for my room. He stated for my dogs. $111 for 2 dogs which one is a fully papered and registered service dogm and the other is a service dog in training. I went ahead and paid it due to me having surgery first thing in the morning 2 minutes down the road. I will not he staying again due to the pet policy.
