We just returned from our 2nd cruise that Christine and Rene have put together for us. This time it was a Viking River Cruise down the Rhine from Basel to Amsterdam. Christine made sure everything was taken care of well in advance so that once we left for our trip we could relax and enjoy which we certainly did.

Viking made every part of the trip as easy as possible with airport transportation, local guides in every port and a staff that truly becomes family. On our return, our flight was delayed due to the world wide computer outage but was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a Viking representative in London who walked us through security and onto our next flight. We would not have made it without their assistance.

We had such a good time that we have already booked our next cruise and Christine is already getting everything set. Stop by and say hello and you will be pleasantly surprised how enjoyable your next vacation can be.

The most amazing Customer Service. We booked a Cruise to the Holy Land starting in Athens Greece; but, with Israeli war breaking out in October we were rerouted. Ronda was extremely prompt in her communication of changes, options and necessary details. I was amazed how quickly she replied to my email questions and even phone calls. She truly went over and beyond our expectations. The package she put together for us truly showed her commitment to providing superior service to her clients, as if they were friends or family.

Expedia Cruises helped me plan my Camino de Santiago walk in Spain, in June of this year. Rene was professional, responsive, and he tailored the trip package based on my need and budget. He offered options for each part of the trip, explained to me patiently and took my input. His suggestion to stop in Madrid helped me adjust the timezone difference and allowed me to appreciate the local food and culture there. He ensured that I could reach to Sarria on time via train and bus when a segment of the train route is closed. My experience with the Camino group throughout the walk went very smooth and was very memorable. Anyone associated with Expedia is terrible!
