Katie Koutsoulis at Expedia cruises was the best! Katie was absolutely amazing! She made planning my trip to Puerto Vallarta so easy. She sent me a list of hotels and excursions based on what I was looking for and She answered any and all questions and concerns that I had. She even set us up on a payment plan with monthly reminders. She was extremely patient with me. I added 2 people the week prior to my trip and she went above and beyond to get them the best rates. 100% will be booking more trip with Katie in the future. You were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Expedia Cruises and working with their cruise consultants. This was our first time booking a cruise, and we worked with Bonnie and Ron. We were looking for a cruise for 12 that would accommodate both for children and those who are 55+. Ron and Bonnie went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our booking. We are so excited to go on our cruise, and are so grateful we booked with Expedia Cruises. I especially recommend them when booking for bigger parties like us! It was a headache trying to book everyone together, but Ron is an expert and clearly well experienced. He was able answer all of the questions I had while completing the booking for us. So many thanks to Ron and Bonnie Centers from Expedia Cruises for the great planning of our 50th anniversary Mediterranean cruise and then our extended stay in Rome.

We met with Ron and Bonnie on several occasions so that they could get a good idea of what kind of cruise we wanted, our likes and dislikes of other cruises we’ve taken, and our wants and needs for this trip.

On the morning of our departure we awoke to a text informing us of the cancellation of our flight from L.A. to London. Ron answered his phone at 6:30 a.m. and immediately went to work on getting us to our final destination, Barcelona. We don’t know what we would have done without Ron and Bonnie. They kept us calm and were able to reroute us to Barcelona. It took a lot of work on our behalf and we really appreciated them going far beyond what they needed to for us.

We had a wonderful cruise on the beautiful Celebrity Edge and extended stay in Rome. It was great to have even the smallest of details taken care of for us.

We highly recommend Expedia Cruises in Stockton for your travel needs. We will be utilizing their services again.
