The room I rented was top notch for the price I paid. Super friendly staff and making sure my stay was comfortable . Surprised my girlfriend with the king suite and jacuzzi tub in it. We made love for hours and brought her to orgasm all over me 5 times .

I was surprised that there is no lobby, but instead a bank teller window where you do your check in business. Makes you think they get robbed a lot. Not a comforting thought. Also I appreciated the wide open window when I arrived, so heavy the weed smell in my room at check in time. I get the bag was playing on my car radio. The bed was good, the shower was hot.

I absolutely love this spot I mean not only did they accommodate us but for the price and the venues surrounding the place are all you can ask for when staying in a room. They don’t harass and rush you to wake up over and over allows you to check out how you checked in!!! I’ll definitely be getting another room 👍😍😊😊

This place sells smoking rooms as non-smoking rooms. They think they can cover the smell but it’s obvious they just say the room is non-smoking if that’s what you’re asking for. To go along with that they have mice, drainage issues and poor customer service.

Complaints are not handled by staff well at all. They refuse to do anything to help no matter what issue- room smelling of smoke, dirty floors, sink backing up, toilets not flushing properly, A MOUSE IN THE ROOM. Management/(people that live in the back office there) come out in pajamas. The smelly lady manager had obviously just rolled out of bed without even a bra on and refused to acknowledge any fault in their rooms’ condition. They have zero care for the issues that their customers have with their rooms and they should have the health department shut them down.

My favorite motel in the 562. Great price no deposit. The owners are so nice and they appreciate your return business. The rooms are modern and stylish. I have always had a good experience here. No doubt my favorite in the $100 price range.

ZERO STARS!!! Do not stay here!! Its filthy. Nothing works. It smells of dog poop. No toiletries. No phones to call the office. This is THE WORST POSSIBLE PLACE TO STAY. I actually had to go to Walmart to get clean sheets and towels. My company booked this place, I have to stay here 2 nights. I am DISGUSTED!

Nice hotel with very clean and updated rooms. Staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel's location is perfectly situated within walking distance of multiple restaurants and fast food places. Walmart and Lowes are just a walk across the street. The Los Angeles Bike Path entrance is less than a ¼ mile away along with access to major freeways. I highly recommend the Exclusivo Inn if you are in the area and in need of a nice place to stay.

We love how the staff here are so friendly and accommodating compared to other motels in the area! We were surprised that the rooms looked exactly as they do from the photos online, since most places don't look as they do online vs in person.
