I travel for business 30 weeks a year, and I prefer long stay options to traditional hotels. These folks are top notch, consistently. Meticulously maintained and the management is beyond responsive. I needed something to complete a business presentation on a Sunday night and they had another local merchant wait for me after he closed to help me out. This is what Customer Service used to be about and apparently still is at least in Zephyr Cove. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at this property for a much-needed getaway, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like home. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to great restaurants and attractions. The property manager was incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. We had an amazing, stress-free stay and will definitely be coming back. I would have let this go, but you've decided to retort with this absolute bullcrap response. This response contradicts the original reason you gave us for cancelling and it makes even clearer that this is a fraudulent company with shady business practices.

This rental agency cancelled our reservation 7 months after booking a rental when they realized they could get more money for dates of the rental we reserved. They originally claimed it was a "price error," and tried to gaslight us into thinking WE cancelled the reservation when we did not.

Now their story has changed, and they've claimed they were worried about a "party group." We are all in our mid/late 30s and 40s, and there is absolutely no reason at all why they would assume that. They simply wanted more money from the rental, so they just cancelled us.

Yes, we left reviews about our experience because we were all individually affected by your unprofessionalism and greed.

As mentioned--if they hadn't responded to our reviews with discriminatory + false statements, I would have let this go with the 1 star review. But since we want to be belligerent, I have decided to give more context. I will also be reporting this situation to Riverside County Planning Department, California DRE, and BBB.

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. Your reservation will never be guaranteed.

I rarely give online reviews—I’m one of those folks who still hasn’t totally embraced the digital age. However, in this particular case, I wanted to make an exception. The folks running this property are truly top-notch.

I came here with my wife and two of my grandchildren, and while my wife typically prefers a hotel, she was beyond impressed with the décor and cleanliness. What made the trip perfect was the property manager, who took the time to engage with my younger grandchildren and made some excellent activity suggestions to keep them entertained. We were heroes.

I took my nephews out West for a "guys" weekend-the first time I've taken them on a trip since they were teenagers. This property was fantastic and the property manager gave us great recommendations for both daytime activities and nightlife. I highly recommend these folks!

I just noticed you only replied to my review now, over a year after our reservation was made. So I’ll edit my review to respond to your response. You’re claiming you cancelled our reservation as you thought our group was a ‘party group’ during Coachella.

First of all this booking wasn’t even the same time as the music festival, nor have we ever attended or attempted to buy tickets to Coachella. Our group are all in our mid to late 30’s, and we’re hoping to rent an air bnb for a group celebration while visiting Palm Springs.
You cancelled our reservation as I expect you were price gouging, thinking you could get more $$’s during those specific reservation dates.
