My son and I enjoyed our stay. Very fun to have a ski in ski out hotel. The resort lift is a little slow, but the runs are fun and the access to Palisades as well as Alpine were amazing. We had fun ice skating, and also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub area. We wished there were more food options, as Sandy's pub was very crowded and there roomservice is not available for dinner, only breakfast. The room was a good size, and the mini fridge is also great.

it's in a great location for the ski slopes and amazing views! The bar in reception is nice too and the pools look cool. Everything else is a little average. We walked into the bar at 4:30 and said you couldn't pre book a table, then at 6:30 with 2 kids it was a 1.5 hour wait.
So we ordered pizza from the cafe and it said 16 minutes, after 20 I asked where the order was and then they started cooking it.
It basically has the hallmarks of a great hotel, but it's just not well run or well thought out. Not happy considering the price.
Rooms are nice, but the WiFi doesn't work in our rooms.

Had a wonderful visit to Everline Resort this weekend! The views are breathtaking and there is no shortage of outdor activities available close by. I was very impressed that there were so many easy (free!) transportation options to get to the Village or other ski resorts. The staff was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming, providing recommendations and guidance as well as a few lovely touches in our room to help us celebrate our recent engagement. I can't wait to come visit again!

Snow, Ice, Water, Fire and Sun! Great experience ski in/out. At the end of the family with their own chair lift to get you to and from the base at Palisades. Property was well taken care of. My only issue was the self-parking lot was not plowed and made it very difficult to park our car in snow drifts.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and were very surprised that we were paying almost $500 night and there is only housekeeping every 3 days! I would expect daily housekeeping at these prices. The parking is also very expesive, even though there is a huge parking lot. There was only one open restaurant and the hotel was full (big wedding happening) and the wait was very long to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is great.

I have been visiting Everline for nearly 20 years, dating back to its days as the Resort at Squaw Creek. Over the years, we have created many cherished memories during winters and holidays with family and friends at this property. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been increasingly disappointing, and my last stay during President’s Week in 2025 was so appalling that it will be my final visit.||The most frustrating issue occurred during check-in when the parking gate arm in the self-parking lot fell on top of and damaged my windshield. While it was shocking to have the gate come down on the car, fortunately, no one was hurt. I provided pictures and explained the incident to the front desk and was assured that the situation would be rectified promptly. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from the Guest Services Manager, Angelo, who reassured me that the windshield would be "taken care of" and advised me to enjoy my stay. Four days later, after following up for a status update, I was told that no action could be taken until I provided a written statement, which I did immediately.||Nearly two weeks have passed, and the situation remains unresolved. The windshield has not been replaced as promised. I was told that a claim was filed with the hotel’s insurance, but upon following up, I was informed that Corvel only manages workers' compensation claims and had no record of any claim on my behalf. I have left multiple messages for the guest services manager, general manager (Nicole), and chief-of-staff (Kirsten) without receiving any response. The issue remains unresolved.||In conclusion, I strongly discourage others from staying at Everline. Beyond the general fatigue of the property (tired rooms, some of which are privately owned but still dated), the nickel-and-diming for basic services, and the poor Wi-Fi that only works in the lobby and not in the rooms (despite a $58 daily resort fee), there are better properties nearby, such as Northstar, with significantly better operations. Additionally, I recommend opting for valet parking instead of self-parking to avoid the risk of having your car damaged by the parking gate.

I had a package delivered to this resort. When I asked the front desk about it, they said they don't have it. I told them my tracking showed it was delivered here since yesterday. The front desk guy went to the backroom and then came out with my package. If I hadn't insisted, I would have never received my package!
They also don't allow guests to use their luggage cart. A worker at the resort will have to load/unload your stuff.
I had to walk with my skis from their front lobby to the ski lift because it could take hours for them to transfer skiing equipment (from the lobby to the ski valet).

Everline is a wonderful resort with many amenities and great access to Palisades Tahoe. We’ve stayed at the resort many times and always love it. Our March, 2025 visit, however, revealed many signs of wear. It is clearly time for the units to be remodeled and I’m not aware of any near-term plans for that. The furniture it our unit showed extreme wear, the bathroom showed very notable wear, and the common areas showed moderate wear. The lobby appears to have been refreshed over time and looks pretty good.
