This place was amazing. So much room, could have multiple family's. The views, the at home feel. Very inviting. The staff was outstanding! Our 13 year olds birthday party was a blast. We will definitely be back.

The Evenson Lodge is absolutely one of the best kept secrets on earth! Wedged between two stunning lakes, one with world class trout fishing and salmon spawn. The On-site staff were absolutely incredible, they bent over backwards to assure that our stay ended up exceeding expectations beyond what we bargained for!
The rooms and bathrooms are beyond exquisite!
The Evenson Lodge is not just simply a place to stay or a home or a peice of land, it is a one of a kind experience, where even the dull moments feel exciting.
It is truly the ONLY option if you're visiting Alaska.

Such a fantastic place! Hosts were amazing! Jennifer and Paul were so quick with their response to a power outage we barely had time to notice it with all the amazing amenities and their friendly accommodations something that could have been an inconvenience was more of an adventure. We were a large group with my adult children and my little ones and there was something for everyone. Watching the older kids play pool or board games with the smaller ones, showing the younger kids how to cast, watching my daughters teach my sons how to build fires in the fire pit; these are memories for a life time. Thank you again! We hope to visit again!

This was our second year my group of friends stayed at the Evenson Heritage Lodge, and we continue to adore the property. The location is as stunning as it is private. The interior is very spacious and we felt right at home! Taylor and Jennifer were super friendly and responsive, and communicated very clearly about our stay in general as well as the specific status of some remodeling that was still in progress. We left a wallet behind after checking out, and Jennifer went above and beyond to bring it to town for us. We loved the place and the hosts, and we plan to return!

Jennifer and Paul were extremely great hosts going above and beyond with our first glimpse of their new campsites. They are new additions in the works but they are creating new campsites and they are going above and beyond. They provide amazing service and 11/10 hospitality. Couldn’t recommend a better place to camp with the family, well worth the experience for a nice slice of Alaska! We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you so much Jennifer and Paul!!

This place was amazing and the perfect getaway for our group of friends! The property is absolutely beautiful and there are so many amenities to get out and enjoy it. There was something for everyone and we loved our quick time there. Will definitely plan a longer stay next time! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating for our requests and we can’t wait to come back.

I went to the Homestead last spring with some girlfriends. It was a beautiful place. The setting was incredible. It was set between two lakes. We enjoyed the roomy hot tub while chatting and enjoying the view. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. There was lots of room to spread out in the great room. The linens were of high quality. We were able to walk on a groomed trail which we enjoyed. I will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely amazing time. The property was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute there. The hosts were attentive and accommodating, which made planning our 12-person trip so much easier. We all left wishing we could have stayed longer and I bet many from our group will make it back to this property again.
