Best trip ever! I happened to fall upon a blog that Betsy and her husband put out monthly. I reached out to see if she coordinates trips and I am so glad I did. We traveled to Ireland. I had no real knowledge of Ireland so I just handed it over to them. They kept us on a good budget and the adventures were just amazing! The best splurge was to have a driver/small bus. We were a party of 7 and the idea of driving on the opposite side of the road was a no go. Worth EVERY penny for the driver. I am already preparing 2 more trips with Euro Travel. They are amazing to work with and the outcome made my life so easy. I just showed up and enjoyed our family vacation with NO stress. Thank you Euro Travel Coach!

This is the second time we’ve used Betsy and her company Euro Travel Coach. Two years ago we went to Paris and this year we went to Scotland. Her process is so efficient and time-saving – the planning and the booking. And then the result is this great itinerary that has all the details for everything you are planning to do all in one place. And I mean all the details, from the confirmation number and whether it’s already been paid, to the address and how to get there, to notes about where the line is and how long it might take, where the bathrooms are, and where you can get a snack. And all the original documents are there too, in case you need to show a ticket or confirmation letter. I don’t think it’s really possible to have better planning than what Euro Travel Coach provides so we will continue to use them when we visit areas within their specialty. Highly recommended to all, whether it’s a group of 2 or 20! The service pays for itself many times over.

40th Anniversary Trip to Italy

Betsy, Greg and Chelsea planned an 18 day trip to Italy to help us celebrate our 40th anniversary. They did not disappoint. We spent time in Venice, Cinque Terre, Tuscany, Rome and Sorrento, with trips to Sienna, Capri, the Amalfi coast and Pompeii. Impossible to pick a favorite spot because all were amazing. We are experienced travelers with Euro Travel Coach (our 3rd trip) so they know our likes and dislikes for accommodations, dining and sightseeing. We let them know what our interests were for this trip and the amount of time we wanted to spend in each location and they took it from there, planning out everything to the smallest detail. It would have taken us days (many many days) to plan out the trip the way ETC did. The accommodations were terrific, all the dining recommendations were wonderful and the excursions and tour guides were awesome. You are probably thinking that it's an awful lot of money to plan a trip, however there is a great deal of comfort knowing that the smallest details have already been considered and highlighted in your personalized itinerary. Not to mention the time I didn't have to spend researching and planning on my own. I have recommended ETC in the past and I still enthusiastically recommend them now.

Betsy and her family were amazing in planning a two-week trip to Europe. This trip was with 8 people, and Betsy and her family did an amazing job navigating all of the wants and needs of 8 individuals and put together an itinerary that made everyone happy!

On top of that, Greg helped us secure a table at the 2022 Oktoberfest -- the first one after Covid. I don't know how he did it, but he got us a table in the Tradition tent where a bunch of our friends were dancing and performing.

What was amazing was that my wife's 40th birthday happened while we were in Paris. Chelsea jumped at this, and came up with memorable dinner experience and dessert right next to the Eiffel Tower. Chelsea was amazing at planning a surprise date night! (well, it was hard to keep this a surprise... but my wife enjoyed it!)

They also planned individual days for us: in London, they planned a Harry Potter day for my wife, and they planned a full Winston Churchill day for me, complete with telling me which trains I needed to board that day. They seriously made everything super easy.

There were a few times I went 'rogue' and booked hotels (I wanted my Hyatt points!), but they went with it and suggested hotels to book.

Chelsea, Greg, and Betsy were amazing to work with and we would totally work with them again on our next European vacation!

We booked the small group Piedmont Tour this past October 2022 and we are still smiling with all the memories! Originally slated for fall of 2020 - well, we all know how that turned out - we experienced a once in a lifetime trip. The tour focused on food and wine in Piedmont - Barolo, Barbaresco, etc and etc and WHITE TRUFFLES! We did it all - from enjoying all sorts of excellent wine, exploring Piedmont hilltop villages, white truffle hunting (and yes, we found some!) exploring a hazelnut farm, staying at gorgeous inns and dining at top notch restaurants - we couldn’t have asked for more. Betsy, Greg and Chelsea covered all the bases and details - nothing was forgotten or overlooked. The Balls’ offer a solid service of trip planning, organizing, and sharing their love of travel and adventure. Dream big and let them handle the rest. You are in good hands.

We retained Euro Coach from their email site without any prior knowledge. Betsy responded immediately and began discussing our trip and their method of “ coaching “ for the trip. My wife and I wanted a personal “ tour “ of Northern Italy. Their approach is to work with you and provide an individual experience based on your wants and requirements. During the planning Euro Coach would make recommendations for lodging , transport , events , restaurants to fit our budget and taste. They came in under budget and planned an amazing trip with little to no hiccups.
If you are looking for an excellent personalized non cookie cutter tour of Italy this is the group for you .

If it were possible to award more than 5 stars, I would! This trip was absolutely incredible. We, along with four other couples, were part of the small group tour to Tuscany in March,2019. Quite simply, Greg, Betsy, and Chelsea (Euro Travel Coach) provided us with an amazing experience. It began with our accommodations, a charming 17th century villa, which maintained its old-fashioned charm while providing all the modern amenities one could desire, including en suite bathrooms. But as beautiful as that was, it was the particular and individual care that we were given that made the tour so special. Every day was an adventure, from hiking to the thermal springs at Bagno Vignoni, to touring the ancient towns of Assisi, Orvieto and Sienna, to private wine tastings at a winery, to visiting an organic sheep farm outside of Pienza. In every case, the Balls went out of their way to make sure we were given a pure taste of Tuscany. Additionally, Betsy went out of her way for me personally, making last minute spa appointments and tour reservations for Florence. And then there was Greg, who after a long day of touring, offered to take my husband and me back to the tiny, beautiful hill town of Monticchiello so we could see it in daylight, before we went to dinner. It was that kind of thoughtfulness that made our trip incomparable. And that isn't even mentioning all the glorious food and wine we drank! Chelsea outdid herself on the meal she prepared for us! Then, of course, there was the cooking class that was hilarious! If you have any desire to travel to Italy, and Tuscany especially, I recommend doing it with the Euro Travel Coach. They are first class people who provide a truly first class experience.
