We had an amazing experience at Eureka because of Scott! He was so kind and helpful! Would recommend to anybody! Thanks Scott again for helping us! The rooms were clean and the staff was great but yet again another shout out to our boy Scott for being so helpful with any questions we had!

Positive: The close and ease of getting to the major casinos. Negative: It's needing an upgrade the rooms are very dark colored,drapes are old and shabby. No ceiling lighting, so it's hard to see. This year when I stayed their pool area was closed for two weeks, but I still got charged for amenities. $30.00 No staying again!

I'd like to give kudo's to Sebastian, the bar tender. He is a sweetheart and on point. Before I even got situated at the bar he had my drink all ready for me. What an amazing experience all around. The staff at the hotel is amazing as well! They make me feel like I'm coming home for the first time in a long time every time I walk into the hotel. Definitely a 5 star ⭐✨⭐ experience.

I had booked 8 rooms for a group of us from St George to come and relax after a yearly charity event, that our Riding Club Does in Southern Utah. I will start with customer service is exceptional and it started with Jennifer Sawyer who I booked the rooms with her communication was perfect explaining details,and answering questions you can tell it's more then a job to her. Being in customer service myself it's nice to receive the same service I give. She followed up insuring I received emails, as well as making sure our stay was great during, and after the stay. Everything from checking in to check out was flawless. Our group will be back as well as myself. Food was great at townsquare, front desk was great as well.

Gregory's Mesquite Grill is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat.

Our waiter, David, made the entire experience unforgettable with his friendly service and spot-on recommendations. The Prime Rib was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. And the New York Steak and Mushroom Risotto? Simply out of this world! It was perfectly cooked and seasoned just right.

If you’re a fan of amazing food, this is the place to be. Gregory's Mesquite Grill is a must-eat destination. Can’t wait to go back!

I went to the Eureka tonight and I was very pleased with the bartender Rafa he was one of if not the most personal bartender I’ve ever had. The bar was packed and he was on point with making sure everyone was served and taken care of. If you are looking for a busy but low key bar this place is the place for you.

We always have the best experience at the bars at the Eureka. The bartenders are absolutely awesome. Quick to wait on us, and they ALL remember our drinks of choice. Rafael, Roberto and Aaron couldn’t be better. Even if the machines aren’t paying out these guys still make it fun.
