The pasta here is delicious! But we ordered take out and the portions were a lot smaller than we imagined... 🙁 . We forgot to make a reservation but the ladies at the counter were kind to us regardless. I just have to say though, the garlic bread is absolute heaven! Still an amazing experience!

Been a couple times. They're pesto pasta dishes change with seasons and are the FRESHEST, most unique pesto dishes I've ever had. I also love the mushroom pasta, that's the best one. I don't think they have chicken. But the chocolate cake is heavenly, we couldn't stop eating it!!! Out back they have a small waterfall. Free for Miss sized parties ( no more that 7 if researching inside) smaller inside area. Fun bar, yummy drinks!

This place was suggested to me by Instagram. The food and service well exceeded my expectations. I had the lamb ragu pasta special and an Italian coke. The food was excellent and the service was amazing. I can wait to come back to try the other dishes on their menu.

Best meal I had in Paso Robles. Surroundings in Tin City are extremely cool, too. Their house chosen red blend was one of my favorites and the entire meal was delicious. Staff was also very friendly. Will be thinking about this salad for some time to come…

This review is for the restaurant side of the business. There is also a small Italian grocery store that has all sorts of hard to find Italian pastas canned goods. There is a lot of wine, and fresh vegetables. It is a great place to hang out and find some cool things for that next Italian dinner party. The food at the restaurant was pretty good. We had the mushroom pasta as well as the beef lasagna. The portions were smaller than I would’ve expected. Definitely not shareable. And the pasta was good but not anything to amazing. Maybe I will try something different next time and see. I would recommend it though if you are in the mood for a good pasta selection and there’s a nice atmosphere inside. We did take out, and the service was prompt.

I will join the multitude of others in praising this great local Italian restaurant. My wife and I happened to walk in without a reservation on a Monday night -- which turned out to be Lasagne Night. The room was filled, yet we did not have to wait long and were promptly seated and attended to by Veronica (a/k/a Vicky). What a treat! Extensive wine list, wide selection of pasta and other dishes and a friendly atmosphere filled with happy folks eating fresh Italian food (no gloppy sauces here). Great find -- check it out!

Lunch for 4 on a Monday. The restaurant is extremely clean and well spaced. We ordered and sat at an empty table. We ordered the following, Polpette, the focaccia, the mighty cap mushroom pasta dish, the lasagna colognes, and a coffee. I must say, the mighty cap mushroom pasta was the best dish to date I have ever had. The sauce was nice and creamy, packed with flavor in every single bite! Danica was at the register, and Garrett served us water. Both were so sweet. A must come in for some extremely tasteful dishes.

Our first time eating at Etto Pasta Bar, where you get real Italian fresh and made from scratch. Food, service, and atmosphere were great. We had the Ravioli Bolognese, Arugula, and Ricotta Pesto Pasta with a meatball, Roasted artichoke, and lemon spaghetti. Finish the meal with a decadent dessert. Let's eat Italian!!
